毕业设计论文-柴油动力微型客车车架设计

摘 要 关于我们这次的设计,主要是车架的设计(微型客车)。微型客车一般乘坐6到8人,根据我们前期收集的资料和计算,我们准备选用边梁式的车架。纵梁是前面和后面一样宽的,对于它的断面形状则是使用矩形的样式,下面还会有介绍的。我们把横梁就做成中间空的圆形状。另外对于它们之间的连接方式则是使用铆钉来连接的。我通过计算和收集相关的资料,使用自己的语言来组织写了这一本关于我们所设计的车架的说明书,其中说明书中主要记述了我们的一些分析计算,总结分析了国内与国外关于车架发展的历程和区别以及车架技术高低做了对比,我也对车架的未来发展的趋势进行了相关的了解。还有我也对我们所选车架的方案进行了验证,计算,比如如何选择车架的结构,怎样把横梁和纵梁连接的,使用哪一种连接方式等,还有对于车架的承受得力和弯矩的分析。我们把车架想象成了一个静定的结构,然后结合我所学到的力学知识并参考相关的资料进行了计算,在满足所有条件的情况下来确定相关的尺寸。 关键词:微型客车,车架,纵梁,设计 全套图纸,加 Abstract About this design, mainly frame design (mini-bus).
