AbstractSince the fierce competition among modern companies, many companies treat the training of human resource as a significant measure for this condition, thus the implication of the management and exploitation on human resource is becoming more and more extensive and important. The implication of human resource includes two aspects: one is the resource which is a notion of quantity and quality; the other is the capital which is the essence concept of human resource. The ability of turning the resource to the capital is the final goal of the development of companies’ human resource. With almost every big company emphasizing the significance of creating the training system, few of them could realize it. Why companies need the training system on human resource? Training of company is an essential way to increase the capital of human resource and enhance the competitive strength of the company. With the information and knowledge updating speed becoming respectively fast, the training system has become the work which needs to be done continually. In general, the velocity of acquiring new information must be greater than that of information updating if a company wants to survive in competition, since the meaning of training system to companies resembles the meaning of hematopoietic system to our human bodies.This thesis focuses on the optimization of the employee training system in company A, and thoroughly describes the crucial significance of the training system in oil product sale companies’ frontline employees training by quoting other successful modes used in other oil productsale companies’ fro ntline employees training systems. Furthermore, considering the direction of occupational skill training decided by the state recently, this thesis expands the structure of the existing training system and seeks the best joint between traditional training and occupational skill training in order to optimize the construction of the training system on company A’s frontlin
