我国上市公司融资战略与股东利益最大化研究 专业：ACCA 摘 要 企业从建立，发展，到稳定运行都离不开资金，资金是企业的血液，没有足够，稳定的资金，企业就会慢慢消亡。我国上市公司选择的融资方式对企业的价值有很重要的影响，企业为了以实现股东利益最大化这一财务管理目标，就要综合考虑各种融资方式的优缺点，分析其收益与成本，并结合公司的财务现状，制定出最优的融资战略，形成最合理的资本结构。本文通过分析企业的融资战略与股东利益的最大化的关系，结合我国上市公司的融资现状，讨论存在的问题并提出解决方案。  关键词：资金 融资战略 股东利益最大化 上市公司 The research of Financing strategies and Shareholders benefit maximization of the listed companies in China Major: ACCA Abstract The fund is vital for the enterprises from initial establishment , to development, and to steady operation. The fund is enterprises blood and the enterprise will slowly die without enough and stable fund. In our country, the ways of financing ,which will have important influence on the value of company. In order to achieve the financial managements’ aim of maximizing shareholders’ benefit, it is necessary for the enterprise to fully think about the advantage disadvantage of various financing strategies , analysis their revenues and costs ,then formulate the optimal strategy and form the most reasonable formation of capital structure according to the financial situation of ones own company .
