学案(六)　询问信 [题型技法](学一学) 询问信也称咨询信，是写信人就自己不太熟悉或不理解的事情或问题，向有关部门、专家或熟悉该情况的朋友询问信息时所使用的一种书信。询问信从呈送对象来看可以分为以下三类： 1．写给一些专门机关的询问信；2.写给报社、电台的询问信；3.写给个人的询问信。高考英语书面表达试题中，考查类型以第一类和第三类居多。 [经典考题](悟一悟) [典例]　(2014·全国卷Ⅰ)假定你是李华，计划暑假期间去英国学习英语，为期六周。下面的广告引起了你的注意，请给该校写封信，询问有关情况(箭头所指内容)。 注意：1.词数100左右； 2．可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。 3．参考词汇：住宿—accommodation [满分范文] Dear Sir/Madam， ①My name is Li Hua, a middle school student from China and I intend to go to Britain to study English this summer vacation. ②Seeing your ad in the newspaper, I show great interest in it and I want to learn more information about your courses. ③First of all, would you please tell me the exact start date and class size? ④By the way, how many school hours are there each week? ⑤What’s more, I’d like to know how much I shall pay for the course and what type of accommodation you will provide for me. ⑥I would appreciate it if you could explain to me these questions in detail. ⑦Looking forward to your early reply! Yours faithfully， Li Hua [阅卷评点] ①“a middle school student from China”为Li Hua的同位语，其用法地道、得体，一语道破了Li Hua的身份。 ②此句应用了非谓语动词作状语的结构，为下文埋下了伏笔，同时也充分展示了作者很强的驾驭语言能力，给阅卷人留下了很好的第一印象。此外，“show interest in”属于高级词汇。 ③“first of all”及⑤“whats more”的使用使文章层次清晰、行文连贯。 ④看似不起眼的“by the way”却把前后句子紧密地衔接在一起，使文章过渡自然、顺畅。 ⑥作者用固定句式“I would appreciate it if ...”收尾能够产生非凡的效果，一方面能够展示写信人的迫切心情，另一方面能够展示作者高超的语言运用能力。 [增分佳句](背一背) 1．开头部分常用语： (1)I am writing to ask for information about ... 我写信询问关于……的信息。 (2)Id like to know more information about ... 我想了解更多关于……的信息。 (3)Would you mind giving some detailed information about ...? 你介意给我一些……的详细信息吗？ 2．咨询常用语： (1)I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with ... 如果你能为我们提供一些……的信息，我会非常感激。 (2)I have decided to join the program; could you tell me when it starts? 我决定加入这个项目，你能告诉我什么时候开始吗？ (3)Id like to know if there’s ... 我想知道是否有…… 3．结尾部分常用语： (1)I would appreciate it if you give me an early reply at your convenience. 如果你方便时尽快答复，我会非常感激。 (2)I would be grateful to receive a prompt reply. 我会非常感谢收到你及时的答复。 [热点押题](练一练) 假定你是李华。你打算暑假去美国参
