Combination of EVA and BSC performance evaluation system——take HS company as an example
Abstract
An effective performance evaluation system requires not only playing a supervisory role to guide the behavior of managers and staff, but also carrying out the enterprises management philosophy and development strategy. As the market environment becomes increasingly complex, single performance evaluation system has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise management. Only if enterprises integrate different performance evaluation system to make up for the limitations of each management tools, will enterprises create great value. EVA and BSC are effective tools to measure enterprise value which follow value-oriented philosophy. What more, EVA and BSC both have advantages and disadvantages, which should be integrated to make up for. Thus, this paper presents how to build the combination of EVA and BSC performance evaluation system.
The purpose of this paper is to make a combination of EVA and BSC performance evaluation system through case study. By using analytic hierarchy process, this paper evaluates the weight of each indicator. Moreover, this paper targets at different levels of company, which not only evaluate managers performance but also evaluate staffs performance. According to building performance driving factors with salary incentive, company will achieve great value. This paper achieves EVA and BSC localization.
