Research on Injury Insurance about Peasant Worker of Guizhou ProvinceAbstractPeasant worker is a special group with the China’s industrialization process, large numbers of rural surplus labor flocking to city. This group has become the main force of China’s industrial development. However, most peasant workers work in the high-risk enterprise and service industries. Because of various factors, peasant workers lack the appropriate labor protect in the working time. Therefore, how to protect the right of peasant workers industrial insurance has great significance for economic.In this paper, we consider the problem by the virtue of experience summary, investigation analysis and qualitative analysis etc methods. We studied and analyzed the injury insurance current situation about peasant workers of Guizhou Province. We found there exists a series problem, such as, the coverage of peasant workers in Guizhou province injury insurance is limited, flexible payment policy is inadequate, the management of real-name of flexible payment system for services insured is hard, injury prevention and rehabilitation lags behind, peasant workers policy advocacy training is not enough. We multi-analyze the system and government responsibility. There exist some aspect about injury insurance of peasant workers in Guizhou Province that need to perfect including legal system, strengthening law enforcement, improve peasant workers injury insurance rate, determine the treatment of peasant workers injury insurance etc. At end, we propose that the government should establish and improve the policy of peasant workers injury insurance in Guizhou Province.Key words: City, Peasant worker, injury, injury insurance.1 前言农民工是我国改革开放以来工业化、城镇化进程中涌现出来的一支新型劳动 大军，是我国产业工人的重要组成部分。农民工大多集中于高风险行业及职业危 害较严重企业，工伤事故及职业病高发，农民工成为受工伤事故和职业病危害的 主要人群。据国家安全生产监督管理局统计，全国每年因工伤致残人员近 70 万。 其中农民工占大多数。农民工从业人数较高的煤炭生产企业，每年因事故死亡 6000 多人。工伤和职业病已经成为一个重大社会问题。①由于工伤保险能够在劳 动者遭受职业病以及因职业病造成的死亡、劳动者暂时或永久丧失劳动能力时， 劳动者及其遗属能够从国家、社会得到必要的物质补偿，能够解决农
