山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要精益生产是一个相对比较复杂的问题，在企业的生产实践中实现并不是很容易，需 要考虑很多环节和方面。企业如果能实现精益生产可以有效提高企业的生产效率，节省 企业的人力、库存、资金、设备等成本，消除企业的各种浪费，最终实现企业效益的大 幅提高。本文主要以弘宇公司为研究对象，鉴于企业要实现年效益增长大幅提高和成本控制 的目标，必须要对企业的整个生产系统进行精益改善。本文在采集了大量的现场数据和 资料的基础上，从宏观到微观，从部分到整体，分析总结了企业存在的四个方面有待改 善的问题。一是生产设施的布局和规划方面，二是人机操作系统方面，三是生产流程方 面，四是车间 5S 管理方面。并针对这四个方面的问题，运用大量的 IE 手法和工具以及 精益生产的相关理论，进行彻底的系统化改善。首先，对总装配车间进行重新布局和改 善；其次，以分流阀块钻孔的人机操作为例进行人机操作系统的研究改善；再次，对提 升器的加工装配流程进行了重新优化；最后对车间系统的实施了 5S 管理。论文最后对 实施的效果进行了评估。关键词：设施布局和规划、人机操作、流程改善、5S 管理、效果评估山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要ABSTRACTLean Production is a complicated quest ion. The application of Lean production is difficult, because it need to consider ma ny aspects on the practice of the enterprise. If enterprise can realize the Lean product ion, it really raise the product ive effectiveness, save the cost of huma n resource stock, fund and equipment, eliminate all kinds of waste. It fina lly get the performance on the benefit.This article ma inly take the Hongyu company as the object . The company must carry onthe Lean production improvement for enterprises entire production system, in view of the fact that the enterprise must realize the goal of enhanc ing benefit largely and controling the cost. The article is based on the practice of Hongyu company, gathering the massive field data and the materia l. The implementation of this plan is divided four parts, Layout of workshop, man- machine operation system, improvement for work flow genera l production line and application of 5S ma nagement. The improvement for the entire production system utilize massive IE technicles and Lean Production theory.
