AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentoftelecomindustry,thebusinessvolumeoftelecommunicationsCRM(CustomerRelationManagement)systemgraduallyincreases,businessfunctionsshowsdiverseandcomplexcharacteristics,thedevelopmentefficiencyanddevelopmentqualityoftheCRMsystemfacesmanychallenges.Component-basedsoftwaredevelopmentasanewsoftwaredevelopmenttechnologyprovidesanewtechnicalmeansfortheCRMsystemdevelopment.Thistechnologycandividetheapplicationsoftwareintoapluralityofindependentunitsaccordingtothebusinessfunction,andrealizesoftwareintegrationbyassemblingsoftwarecomponentsunit,improving thescalabilityand flexibilityofthesystemandshortingthedevelopmentcycle.Inthisthesis,wefirstpresenttheconcept,characteristics,functionalstructureandthecurrentsituationofthetelecomCRMsystem,andanalyzetheproblemsofthetraditionalsoftwaredevelopmodel.Afterdeeplyresearchingthesoftwarearchitecture,thecomponent-basedandprocess-orientedsoftwaredevelopmenttechnologies,astudyaboutthetelecomCRMsystembased-onBCEplatformiscarriedout.ThisplatformisdevelopedbytheframeworkAppFramewhichmeetstheSOAarchitecture,dividesthesoftwaredevelopmentprocessintostablebasiccomponentsaccordingtothetelecomCRMbusiness features, unifiesthedevelopmentmode,realizesprogramdevelopmentbasedontheconfiguration,improvesthereusabilityofthesystem,andshortensthedevelopmentcycle.Accordingtotheactualdevelopmentneeds,animprovementprogramisproposedinthisthesisfortheinsufficientoftheBCEplatforminthepageconfigurationaspect,realizingpageconfigurationinsequence,selection,looporder,andimprovingtheadaptabilityandflexibilityoftheoriginalBCEframework.Inaddition,aprototypesystemoftelecomCRMwhichtakesthemoduleofcomprehensivebusinessacceptanceforexample,isimplemented.TheexperimentalresultsindicatethatBCEplatformsystemcaneffectivelyrealizecodereusabilityandsystemscalability,improvetheefficiencyofdevelopment,reducesoftwaremaintenancecosts,andbring newvalue forthe enterprise.Keywords:CRM,softwareengineering,softwarecomponent,AppFrame,BCE目录第一章绪论11.1研究背景11.2国内外研究
