摘要煤炭作为我国国民经济的战略支柱产业，在保障国家能源安全，促进国民经济发展、 维系社会稳定方面具有十分重要的作用，并且在未来相当长的时期内，我国以煤炭为主 的能源结构难以改变。由于煤矿井下环境复杂，安全隐患不易觉察，导致安全事故时有发生，造成了重大 的人员伤亡和财产损失。为了防止煤矿安全事故的发生，国家重点采取了建设大型现代 化煤矿和提高小煤矿办矿水平的两项举措。本课题针对小煤矿的实际条件和基本要求， 设计了基于 ZigBee 与 PLC 的矿井管控系统，实现了井下环境监测、矿工考勤、矿工定 位和通风控制四大功能。首先提出了矿井管控系统的总体设计方案，详细阐述了系统的运行原理，简单介绍 了 ZigBee 基础知识和技术特点，说明了 ZigBee 技术的选用依据。其次组建了 ZigBee 树状拓扑结构，依次进行了 ZigBee 协调器、路由器和矿工节点的硬件和软件设计，在 ZigBee 无线传感器网络的基础上，完成了矿工考勤系统的设计和定位功能的实现。再次 设计了基于 PLC 的矿井通风控制系统，ZigBee 协调器将子节点采集到环境参数以一定 的数据格式传送到 PLC 寄存器中，PLC 根据环境参数的上限值与采集值的比较结果决 定通风控制系统的运行方式。最后采用易控组态 (INSPEC) 软件完成了上位监控系统的 设计，对整个 PLC 通风控制系统进行监控，利用易控组态软件中的 Web 发布功能，实 现了矿井管控系统的远程监控，使得管理人员不必深入控制现场，就可以获得矿井的环 境参数和系统的运行状况。本课题论述了基于 ZigBee 与 PLC 的矿井管控系统的软硬件设计，实现了矿井环境 参数采集，矿工考勤定位，PLC 通风控制，上位系统监控。经调试和运行，证明该系统 可以实现预期的设计目标。关键词：小煤矿；ZigBee；参数采集；PLC 通风控制；易控组态软件AbstractCoal industry, as the strategic pillar cornerstone industry of China’s national economy, has been playing a significant role in the protection of national energy security, promoting the national economy and maintaining social stability.
