摘要随着制造、网络以及信息技术的快速发展，以及国际经济贸易多元化、多层次和多形式的激烈竞争，顾客对产品的要求逐渐由成本渐变为质量。同时，随着基因工程技术的发展，基因技术在设计、制造、质量管理领域有了广泛的应用。基于此，本文将基因工程理论与传统质量控制方法结合，提出了基于产品质量基因的建材装备制造过程质量控制方法。主要研究工作可以概括为以下几个方面：(1) 提出了建材装备产品质量基因模型。首先，在分析基因生物学意义的基础上，从组成成分、进化过程、行为以及诊断与治疗上比较了机械产品与生物体的相似性；接着分别从产品质量基因数据结构、产品质量图谱、产品质量基因编码系统上说明了产品质量基因内容；最后论述了建材装备产品质量基因的遗传与变异特性，以及质量基因存储与检索的方法。(2) 提出了基于产品质量基因的质量诊断模型。首先，在采用质量基因描述建材装备制造过程质量问题的基础上，提出了产品质量基因诊断相似度概念；接着通过粒子群算法实现对故障基因与诊断知识案例基因间的权值优化，来提高计算的准确性；最后，以回转窑轴承体的案例证明了该方法的可行性。(3) 在分析建材装备制造过程改进流程和其影响因素的基础上，提出了基于产品质量基因的质量改进模型。采用遗传算法对质量改进过程中的参数进行了优化，并详细论述了遗传算法中适应度函数、遗传与变异的概率的确定方法。最后通过管磨机筒体对该方法进行了验证。(4)针对产品制造过程质量预测问题，提出基于产品质量基因和GM(1,1)模型的产品质量预测方法。通过建立客户需求参数集与产品质量基因间的映射提出了“最小质量基因集”概念，并利用层次分析法优化GM(1,1)模型的参考序列来提高分析的精度。最后以行走机构驱动车轮进行了实例分析。(5)从实际应用出发，针对建材装备制造企业产品的制造过程，开发了基于产品质量基因的建材装备制造过程质量控制系统，并描述了系统开发及运行环境，论述了各主要模块的设计及其功能实现。关键词：建材装备，质量基因，质量控制，基因相似度，最小质量基因集IAbstractWiththeglobalizationdevelopmentofmanufacturing,networkandinformation technology,aswellasthediversification,multi-levelandmultipleformsfierce competitionoftheinternationaleconomicand trade,therequirementsofcustomerarechangedfromthecosttotheproductquality.Atthesametime,withthedevelopment ofgeneticengineeringtechnology,genetechnologiesarewidelyappliedinthefield ofdesign,manufacturingandqualitymanagement.Basedonthis,inthispaper,we willgoalongthisdirectiontostudygeneticengineeringandproposeaqualitygene modelforqualitycontrolinthebuildingmaterialsequipmentmanufacturing processing.Themain researchwork can besummarized as the followingaspects:Proposeaproductqualitygenemodelforthebuildingmaterialsequipment.
