Based oncommunities supporting forelders underapartment forthe aged in residential quarterresearch-Taking Chongqingas an exampleAThesisSubmitted toChongqing University in Partial Fulfillment of theRequirementfor the Degreeof MasterofArchitectureByYuan ZhenhuaSupervised byVice Prof.Qin Lin Major：Architecture Design andTheoryCollege ofArchitecture andUrban Planningof ChongqingUniversity, Chongqing,China May,2011摘要随着城市化进程的加快，城市人口老龄化问题不断加重，一方面，当前城市养老设施存在供需不足、硬件设施不完善、无障碍设计缺乏、服务管理人员业务水平较低、费用过高等问题，使得现有的机构养老未充分发挥其应有的社会效能；另一方面，现有城市社区相关养老配套设施不完善、社区服务不发达、小区道路与标识等无障碍设计不足等问题给当前选择传统居家养老模式的城市居民带来了较大的困难。此外，现有住房适老化不足，很难满足老年人传统居家养老的空间使用需求。因此，如何解决城市居民养老居住问题成为一个社会共同关注的话题。本文通过对相关文献和有关城市居民养老居住环境调研的归纳和分析，并参考2006 年中国城乡老年人口状况追踪调查报告，提出了社区养老作为传统居家养老模式社会化发展过程中的一种新型养老模式，兼顾了传统居家养老和机构养老的优点，是解决城市居民养老居住问题的新途径的观点，并将小区老年公寓作为社区养老配套设施的重要补充。本文以重庆作为研究地域，对重庆市老年公寓与老年人居住使用现状展开实态调研，从老年人行为活动范围的角度出发，并借鉴西方发达国家相关经验，确定小区老年公寓设置规模及选址要求；通过对小区外部环境适老化调研，提出了其基本原则及规划设计要求；从满足老年人基本特征需求出发，提出小区老年公寓的设计原则和要点；通过分析总结老年公寓中存在的问题，归纳了小区老年公寓公共活动空间设计和内部空间细节设计的要点；从老年人居住空间需求出发，结合本次老年公寓中老年人居住使用状况调研，得到小区老年公寓套型的类型与比例，并以此为基础，选择某住宅小区对分置型与合置型小区老年公寓设计进行示例，探讨了这两种类型的小区老年公寓套型组合设计。关键词：人口老龄化，社区养老，小区老年公寓，规模与选址，设计策略ABSTRACTWiththeacceleratedurbanizationprocess,urbanpopulationaginghasbeen increasing,ontheonehand,ourcurrentcityendowmentfacilitiesexistdeficiencyof supplyanddemandareimperfect,andfacilitiesofdeficiency,lackofbarrier-free design,servicemanagementpersonnelbusinesslevellowerproblemsthatexisting institutionsendowmentnotfullyplaytheirduesocialefficiency;ontheotherhand,the existingurbancommunityrelevantendowmentfacilitiesnotperfect,community serviceisnotdeveloped,arearoadsandlogoetcbarrier-freedesignforthecurrently selectedinsufficienttraditionalhomeendowmentpatternsofthecitysresidents broughtthe big difficult.
