Some important characteristics of rough set theory make it can be applied to solve the multi-criteria classification decision problem. Input information is that decision-making data which decision makers use their experience in the classification decision problem. Rough set theory can deal with both quantitative data and qualitative data, and it is not necessary to remove the inconsistent data before the analysis of the data. For the output information, rough set theory can obtain statement of specific attributes about problems without any additional preference information between attributes. In recent years, decision makers increasingly realize that intelligibility of decision rule is very important for them. The study of rough set theory in the multi-criteria decision problem is obtained more attention. A multi-criterion classification decision making problem is studied in this paper, which assign alternatives observations/objects into predefined homogenous groups with order. In this paper, a large number of the literatures of multi-criteria classification decision problem based on rough set theory are studied. By studying the dominance-based rough approximation, method of dominance-based rough set of multi-criteria classification decision general solving steps is discussed. At last, the research process is analyzed using instance. In the problem of wine quality classification, this paper contrasts the different result if consider the domination relations of decision attribute, and analyzes the advantage of decision rules when domination relation of the decision attribute is considered, which enriches the theory of multi-criteria classification decision proble
