优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 摘要 摘 要 高效，便捷是饲料自动化生产的永恒目标。目前，我国农村对各种饲料的需求 量很大，带动了饲料机械的开发研究工作。本文阐述的电脑监测控系统可以对生产 过程进行监视、测量和控制，使生产效率得到极大的提高。该系统比以前的相似产 品功能更完善，数据处理更方便快捷，数据量也更大，完全实现了单片机与系统主 机的串行通迅。另外，该系统还设计了最新的智能温度传感器监、测、控系统。 本文首先论述了饲料生产电子控制系统的发展，并指出了其中所存在的新问 题。接着，对电脑监测控系统进行了概述，提出了课题的来源及总体设计构想。然 后，重点分析了该系统的硬件原理及实现，包括数据采集、数据显示、PC 机控制、 单片机与系统主机的串行通信的实现方法等。文中对微机监测控系统的硬件部分做 了详细的阐述，主要包括下位机工作站、达林顿驱动电路、固态继电器、80 路信 号输入电路、8 通道模拟输入电路、8 位 D/A 输出电流（电压）电路、PC 机等电路。 而且还分析了该系统的软件设计原理及其实现的方法，在系统应用软件方面， 在监控状态下，能够随时反映现场的状态，能对配料过程进行实时测控，对粉碎机 电流进行 PID 调节，实时屏显各主要电流监测点的电流值，此外还基本可以做到对 键盘进行实时响应等等。从三个方面阐述的，分别是测控软件的设计说明、图形软 件的设计说明和管理软件的设计说明。最后，设计了智能温度传感器监、测、控系 统。 通过这个研究，一套工作可靠，人机界面友善，功能齐备，使用方便的可用于 现代饲料厂饲料加工的电脑控制系统便初步产生了，这取代了先前的一些比较传统 的电脑检测控系统，从而使得企业生产的规模和生产的效率大大的提高。 关键词：饲料生产，测控系统，单片机 II ABSTRACT ABSTRACT High efficiency,convenience is the eternal object in automatic feed production Presently,there is a great need of all kinds of feeds in the countryside,which promotes the development and study of feed machines Computer control sytem that the thesis elaborates can monitor,monitrr,measure and control the production processes,which greatly promotes the production efficiency,It brings about more comprehensive function,more easier data procession and much more data than prevous similar products,Furthmore,it realizesentirely the serial communication between singlechip and system mainframe indeed besides designing a monitoring,measuring and controlling system with the novel intelligent temperature sensors.
