基于低碳视角的上海港集装箱多式联运中转站布局优化研究摘要随着我国空气质量的不断下降以及雾霾天气频繁出现，减少碳排放已经成为全社会共同关心的课题。同时，全球性能源紧张也促使社会发展向节约型社会转型，节能减排是实现低排放高能效发展的必经之路。交通运输业作为能源消耗最多的行业之一，也是碳排放最多的行业，很大一部分能耗和碳排量来自港口与腹地之间的集装箱运输。本文从低碳视角出发，对集装箱多式联运中转站布局进行优化，在此基础上采用更加低碳的运输方式完成集装箱运输作业，以达到交通运输业节能减排、低碳发展的目标。本文共分7章，主要内容如下：首先，对多式联运网络构成进行了详细分析，并对集装箱多式联运中转站的概念、功能及其分类进行了归纳总结。在此基础上对我国多式联运网络的现状进行了总结，并分析了多式联运网络及中转站布局存在的问题。其次，在归纳总结低碳经济与碳减排内涵的基础上，分析了低碳经济对交通运输业产生的影响。根据《2006年IPCC国家温室气体清单指南》中提供的方法，结合相关资料比较分析了公路运输、铁路运输以及内河水运的单位能耗和碳排放量。第三，对上海港合理布局腹地范围内集装箱多式联运中转站的必要性进行了分析，对上海港内部环境和腹地经济、交通环境的现状进行了分析，并详细分析了上海港集装箱运输网络各种运输方式通道现状，在此基础上进一步分析了合理布局中转站的必要性。最后，采用模糊C-均值聚类分析对上海港腹地范围内的集装箱中转站进行布局优化，并对中转站的规模及辐射范围进行划分。在此基础上对上海港集装箱海铁联运和河海联运的能耗、碳排量及碳税效益进行比较分析。关键词：低碳；碳排量；集装箱多式联运网络；集装箱多式联运中转站；模糊C-均值聚类分析ResearchonRationalLayout of Container Transferring Cities in Multimodal Transportation ofShanghaiPort From The View of Low-CarbonAbstractWiththedecliningairqualityinChinaaswellasthefrequentfogandhaze, reducingcarbonemissionshasbecomethesubjectofcommoninterestofthewhole society.Meanwhile,theglobalenergycrisisalsoforcedthecommunitytobeinga conservation-mindedsociety;energyconservationandemissionreductionistheonly waytoachievethelow-emissionandenergy-efficientdevelopment.Transportation industryisthethirdmostenergyconsumptionsectorofallthesectors in China,which hasahugevolumeofcarbondioxideemission.Thecontainertransportationbetween theportanditshinterlandisthemainsourceofcarbondioxideemissions.Departure from thelow-carbonperspective,thispapermakesaresearchonthecontainer transferringcitiesinmultimodaltransportationofShanghaiport,inordertoimprove thecontainermultimodaltransportationnetworkand adopt moreenvironmentally friendlycontainertransportation.Thispaperisdividedintosevenchapters,themain contentis asfollows:First,thispaperintroducethecompositionandcurrentconditionsofthe containermultimodaltransportationnetworkandcontainertransferringcities.The problemsabouttransportroutes,layoutofthecontainertransferringcitiesarepointed out.Secondly,thestudyusesthecarbondioxide
