基于大数据的商业模式创新研究——以阿里小贷的商业模式创新为例中文摘要信息技术的快速发展导致数据呈爆炸式的增长，大数据时代已经到来。大数 据及其技术的发展使蕴藏在数据中的、巨大的价值被不断的挖掘与应用，对企业 的商业模式和经营方式产生了不能忽视的影响，如何面对大数据时代带来的机遇 与挑战，以及如何更加高效的、科学的发挥大数据的力量，成为许多企业关注与 思考的问题。本文从商业模式创新构成要素的角度研究了大数据对商业模式创新的影响， 认为大数据及其技术以更加全面、客观的数据和更加科学、强大的数据分析技术 为基础，提高了数据分析的效率和科学性，对商业模式的构成要素产生影响，进 而推动商业模式创新。首先，本文对国内外相关的研究现状进行了介绍，对大数 据、商业模式、商业模式创新的含义进行了梳理与总结，阐述了本文研究的理论 基础，介绍了大数据在商业模式创新中的应用。其次，对大数据和商业模式的关 系进行了阐述，比较了基于大数据的商业模式创新与传统商业模式创新的区别， 得出了基于大数据的商业模式创新的在创新动力、创新主动性和创新频率三个方 面的优势，并针对本文的研究方向从商业模式的 4 个要素为切入点，研究了大数 据对商业模式创新的影响，构建了基于大数据的商业模式创新模型。再次，通过 对基于大数据的阿里巴巴小额贷款这一信贷金融领域方面的商业模式创新的案 例进行分析，将其与传统的商业贷款进行比较分析,验证了大数据的发展对商业 模式创新的影响。本文不仅对大数据在商业模式创新中的应用进行了研究，而且 对基于大数据的商业模式创新在技术和法规方面面临的问题进行了研究，并提出 了具有可行性的对策建议。最后，本文根据研究内容对大数据在商业模式创新中 的应用与发展进行了总结与展望。本文的研究成果能为基于大数据的商业模式创新的研究与开发提供一定的 基础支持，具有一定的基础性意义。关键词：大数据，商业模式创新，要素IBusiness model innovation based on big data- Alibaba small loan as an exampleAbstractData explosive growth with the rapid development of information technology, big data era has arrived.
