摘要当前我国高校治理过程中校友参与的程度非常低，与国外高等教育发达的国家相比存在很大的差距。随着我国社会、经济及高等教育自身的不断发展，吸引、吸收社会公众，特别是校友参与到大学治理是高等教育发展到一定阶段的必然选择。本研究在人力资本理论、社会资本理论和社会公平理论的基础上，通过文献研究法、调查研究法、比较分析法等方法对校友资源的开发管理进行了较为系统的研究。本研究分析了当前我国校友参与大学治理的现状，指出我国大学治理过程中对校友资源的开发管理主要存在缺乏正确的理论指导、观念认识不到位、校友工作者能力素质不合格、组织机构设置不合理、行政化管理机制制约、校友参与大学治理的法律保障不完善和缺乏校友参与大学治理的历史等问题。他山之石可以攻玉。作为校友参与大学治理典范的美国大学经验成为可以学习的范例。本研究通过分析借鉴美国大学治理的形式与特点，总结发现我国高校开发管理校友资源可以从提高办学质量、转变观念、为校友提供优质服务、强化校友工作队伍、完善校友会、注重互联网及现代计算机技术的使用等等方面学习借鉴，明确我国大学治理中校友资源开发管理的基本方向和可能策略。通过研究，本研究提出了我国现代大学治理中校友资源有效开发管理的可能策略：首先必须深化校友资源开发管理的理论研究，进一步转换观念，在此基础上，需要遵循校友资源开发管理的基本原则，因为它们已被大量经I验性事实所检验过。在具体的操作层面上，需要通过制定具有真正意义的大学章程和大学理事会，完善相关法律法规和校友会组织建设等措施来保障校友有效参与到现代大学治理中。关键词：大学治理；校友；社会资本ABSTRACTAtpresent,thelevelofparticipationofalumniintheprocessofuniversitygovernanceinChinaisverylowcomparedtodevelopedcountrieswithforeignhighereducation,there isabig gap.Withthedevelopmentofsocial、economic、andthehighereducation itself,to attractthepublic,especiallythealumnito participateinuniversitygovernance,istheinevitableprocessofdevelopmentofhighereducation.Inthisstudy,itwasbasedonthetheoryofhumancapitaltheory,socialcapitaltheoryandsocialequity theory.Throughusedocumentaryresearch, surveyresearchandcomparativeanalysis,carriedoutasystematicstudyonthedevelopmentandmanagementofalumniresources.Inthisstudy,IanalysistheChinascurrentalumniparticipationin Universitymanagement,pointoutthatalumniresourcesdevelopmentandmanagementofuniversitygovernanceprocessismainlythelackofpropertheoreticalguidance,theconceptofrecognizingerrors,alumniworkersweak,irrationalorganization,administrationconstraints,legalimperfectionsandlackofalumniinthehistoryofthe university governanceandother issues.Byothersfaults,wisemencorrecttheirown.AmericanUniversityalumnisuccessfulparticipationinuniversitymanagement,wecanlearnfromit.Inthisstudy,IhadanalysistheformandcharacteristicsofU.S.universitygovernance.Summarythatouralumniresourcesdevelopmentandmanagementcanbethroughimproveteachingquality,changingconcepts,provide qualityservicesstreng
