Studies on the Selectionof Subcontractors underthe Perspective of Construction SupplyChainsSpecialty：Management Science and Engineering Name：Wang JinInstructor：Zhang SuxianABSTRACTIthasbroughthugepressureofcompetitiontorapiddevelopmentofworld economyglobalizationandintegrationintheconstructionmarket,construction enterprisesintheformofthesupplychainsinordertoenhancetheirownadvantages andtogainawin-winsituationofthesupplychains.Subcontractorstakeimportant partoftheconstructionsupplychainswhichisdirectlyrelatedtotheoverallbenefitof thesupplychain,forthisreasonhowtoselectthesubcontractorsplaysthesignificant roleoftheoverallinterestsoftheconstructionsupplychain;italsomakestheoretical and practical sense.Inthispaperonthebasisofexistingresearchresultsathomeandabroad, combinedwiththeconcepts,featuresandprocessesofconstructionsupplychains,it proposesthatthesubcontractorshouldhavesevenabilities,undertheperspectiveof constructionsupplychains,andthencombinedwiththechoosingcharacteristicsofthe subcontractor,itputsforwardtwophaseselectionevaluationindexsystem.Onthe basisoftheindexsystem,thispaperbuildsthetwostagechoicemodelof subcontractorwithcorrespondingmethods.Thecontentofthispaperincludsthree parts:firstthoughanalyzedtheabilityofthesubcontractorsundertheviewof constructionsupplychains,theyareengineeingcontractingability,supplychainagility, supplycooperationrelationships,financialability,integrity,supplychaincompatibility, continuousinprovementcapability.Combinedwiththechoosingcharacteristicsofthe subcontractor,itputsforwardtwophaseselectionindexsysteminconstructionsupply chain.Secondly,combinedwiththefeatureofthetwophaseselectionofconstructionsupplychain,itusesdifferentmethodstoevaluatethesubcontractor’schoicein differentstage,includingusingtheclusteranalysismethodtochoosethesubcontractor whichissatisfiedwithprequalificationconditions,andusingTOPSISmethodof comprehensiveevaluationtoevaluatetheindividualabilityandthecomprehensive abilityofsubcontractor.Finally,usingapracticale
