摘要金融资源配置与产业结构调整之间的关系一直以来都是经济学界探讨较多的问题之一。尽管国内外学者均对这一问题进行过深入的研究，但由于对金融资源内涵界定存在着差异，因而采用的统计指标也不尽相同。本文拟针对京津冀地区金融资源配置和产业结构的现实情况，运用更为接近该区域经济和金融实际的研究路径，对区域内二者之间的相互关系进行深入探讨，以期能在区域性金融资源配置与产业结构调整的研究方面，提出可供学界商榷和讨论的观点和方法。本文从理论和实证两个层面分析了京津冀地区金融资源配置与产业结构调整之间的关系，具体可分为以下五个部分：首先，对现有国内外文献以及金融资源配置与产业结构调整之间关系研究的进展情况，进行了简要综述；其次，在综合和借鉴有关学者观点的基础上，对金融资源的内涵进行界定的同时，简略论述了区域经济及金融发展的相关理论，并明确了本文的研究方向和重点；第三，对京津冀地区产业结构调整和金融资源配置的现状进行了分析；第四，是在数据资料允许前提下的实证分析；本文所进行实证分析主要是特点是：将金融相关率水平、产业结构指标、贷款/GDP等作为指标运用Granger 因果关系检验，以实证京津冀地区金融资源配置与产业结构调整之间的关系状况；最后，根据实证分析结果，对京津冀地区在金融资源配置与产业结构关系匹配方面存在的问题进行深入的原因透析，并在此基础上就优化京津冀地区的金融资源配置水平提出具有针对性的政策建议。关键词：金融资源；产业结构调整；关系；京津冀I AbstractTherelationshipbetweenthefinancialresourcesandindustrialstructurehasbeenaproblem intheeconomicarea.Althoughmanyscholarshavestudieddeeplyonthisissue,theyusethe differentstatisticalindicatorsbecauseofthedifferentdefinitionsoffinancialresource. ConsideringthefactofthefinancialresourceandindustrialstrctureamongBeijingTianjin andHebeiareas,thispaperadoptmorepracticalmethodtostudytheirrelationship.Wewish this study would provide some useful views and method for our economic area.Inthispaper,wehavetwopointsofviewtoanalyzetherelationshipbetweenthe allocation of financial resources and the adjustment ofindustrialstructure.Therearefiveparts, including:First,thepaperwilldiscoursethecurrentlyavailableliteratureandthestudyonthe relationshipbetweenallocationoffinancialresourcesandtheadjustmentofindustrial structure;Second,basedonthecomprehensiveandconsultationoftheliterature,thepaper willdiscoursebrieflyaboutthetheoryofregionaleconomicanddefinedtheconceptofthe financialresourcesagainatthesametime.Then,itwillbedeterminedthedirectionandthe emphasisaboutthestudy;Third,analyzingthecurrentsituationoffinancialresourcesand industurialstructureinBeijing,TianjinandHebeiindetail;Fourth,iftheeconomicdata allows,wewilluseeconometrics’methodtotesttherelationshipbetweenthefinancial resourcesandtheindusturialrestructure.Thespecialpointinthismethodisusingsome targetsintoGr
