Physiciansreceivedmanysocialsupportsincludinghighsubjectivesupportandobjectivesupport,buttheuselessofsupportswaslow.Withage,physicianshadmoreaccesstosubjectivesupport;Theuselessofsocialsupportswashigheramongunmarriedphysiciansthanmarriedphysicians;Subjectivesupportandtheuselessofsocialsupportswererelativelyhighamongphysicianwithvocationalqualifications;Physicianswithhighpositionhadmoresubjectivesupports,andphysicianswithintermediatepositionhadmoreobjectivesupportsthanjuniorandseniorphysicians;Physicianscouldgetmoresubjectivesupportasincreasingworkingexperience,andphysicianswiththeworkexperienceoflessthan5yearsandmorethan21yearshadbehightheuselessofsupport.Thephysiciansmentalhealthproblemsnowisnotveryserious,middle-agedandyoungdoctorsof31-40yearsoldhadmorementalhealthproblems;physicianrswithchildrenhadmorementalhealthproblemsthanpyhysicianswithoutthechildren.Theuselessofsupportwassignificantnegativecorrelationwithmotionalexhaustionamongphysicians;subjectivesupportsandtheuselessofsupportweresignificantnegativecorrelationwithdepersonalizationordehumanization;subjectivesupportswassignificantnegativecorrelationwithdiminishedpersonalaccomplishment.Socialsupportscanalleviatetheincidenceofjobburnout. Social support canbe as a negative indicatorto theburnout;the uselessofsupportcouldreducesignificantlytheincidenceofemotionalexhaustion;subjectivesupportcouldworkondepersonalizationordehumanizationanddiminishedpersonalaccomplishment.Thethreeburnoutfactorshadsignificantlypositivecorrelationwithmentalhealththemoreseverephysicianburnout,themoreseriousmentalhealthproblems.Burnoutcanbeusedasaeffectivementalhealthindicator,inwhichemotionalexhaustionanddiminishedpersonalaccomplishmenthadmoresignificanteffectsonthementalhealth.Subjectivesupportandtheuselessofsupporthadsignificantlynegativecorrelationwithmentalhealth,themorethesubjectivesupportandtheuselessofsupport,thefewermentalhealthproblems.Goodsocialsupportwashelpfulformaintainingandupgradingthelevelofphysicianmentalhealth.Socialsu
