———以沈阳师范大学为例

随着教师教育体制改革,师范院校由三级向两级合并,中师的取消,使教育 学专业本科毕业生再无对口工作。同时综合大学的参与,加剧本专业学生就业竞 争力。教师资格证统考制度改革,使教育学专业无师范优势。致此师范院校是否 有必要存在,教育学本科专业是否继续开设,成为人们热议的话题。反之,虽然 学生就业困难,可教育学专业有庞大的规模、稳定的师资及理论知识,且中国教 育需要一定的教育学研究人才。因此,改革教育学本科专业人才培养模式成为当 务之急。
本文以教育的内外部关系规律和人的全面发展学说为理论基础,掌握我国教 育学本科专业人才培养模式的历史演变,归纳出各高校教育学专业人才培养模式 主要为:本科专业方向型人才培养模式、本硕连读型人才培养模式、研究型人才 培养模式、特色班级型人才培养模式、定制计划型人才培养模式。以沈阳师范大 学为例,通过问卷调查和补充访谈形式,探讨沈阳师范大学教育学专业人才培养 模式优缺点。总结出适合我国教育学本科专业人才培养模式转型的建议和对策。 教育学本科专业人才培养模式转型为拔尖型人才培养模式,以拔尖型人才为 培养目标,将教育学专业方向分为:学校教师类、教育科研类、教育行政管理类、
职后培训教师及资格证培养教师类。专业为不同方向学生设置不同的课程,多种 教学方法的合并运用,增设短期课程,增加学术交流活动。加强社会实践活动, 推广社会服务职能,即增加学生的实习机会及实践经验,又可提高教育学专业的 社会知名度及影响力。加强教学和评估机制的管理与操作,改革学生管理评价制 度,实行本科生导师制,建立质量检测、评估中心及专业指导委员会,严格把控 教育学专业人才培养质量。使教育学本科成为培养高层次人才知识、素质、能力 的基础阶段。
