SKP2、p27、Galectin3在子宫颈上皮内瘤变中的表达及其意义 作者：郭一川,阿地力江?伊明,拉莱?苏祖克 单位：新疆医科大学基础医学院病理解剖学教研室, 新疆乌鲁木齐830011 【摘要】 目的: 研究S期激酶相关蛋白2(Skp2) 、p27、Galectin3在子宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）中的表达及意义。方法: 采用免疫组化二步法检测Skp2 、p27、Galectin3蛋白在CIN (60例)、慢性宫颈炎(20例)、正常宫颈(20例)中的表达。结果: Skp2、Galectin3阳性细胞主要分布在上皮内瘤变的鳞状细胞及部分基底细胞中，p27阳性细胞主要分布在中表层非上皮内瘤变的鳞状细胞中。Skp2、Galectin3在CINⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级中的阳性率明显高于正常宫颈、慢性宫颈炎组（Plt;0.05），其阳性率随CIN级别的增加而升高。Skp2在CINⅢ级中的阳性率明显高于CINⅠ级（Plt;0.05）。p27在CINⅡ、Ⅲ级中的阳性率明显低于正常宫颈、慢性宫颈炎组（Plt;0.05）。Skp2 、Galectin3与p27阳性表达呈负相关, 其阳性表达在CIN中与患者民族、年龄无关（Pgt;0.05）。结论: Skp2高表达和p27低表达，与宫颈恶性肿瘤的发生、发展有关。Skp2 、p27联合检测有助于慢性宫颈炎与CIN的鉴别。Galectin3在宫颈CIN中可能起促进作用。 【关键词】 宫颈上皮内瘤变；Skp2；p27；Galectin3 　　Expressions of Skp2, p27, Galectin3 and their clinicopathological significance in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia .　　GUO Yichuan, Adilijiangbull;Yiming, Lalaibull;Suzuk　　Department of Pathology, Xinjiang Medical University, Urumqi 830011, China　　Abstract: Objective: To study the expressions and significance of Skp2, Galectin3, p27 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods: The expressions of Skp2, Galectin3 and p27 were examined by immunohistochemical method in 60 cases of CIN, 20 cases of cervical chronic inflammation and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results: The positive cells of Skp2 and Galectin3 were mainly distributed in the squamous cells of CIN and partly basilar cells. But the positive cells of p27 were mainly distributed in superficial and intermediate squamous cells without CIN. The positive rates of Skp2 and Galectin3 were significantly higher in cases of CINⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ than that in cases of cervical chronic inflammation and normal cervical tissue（Plt;0.05）, its positive rate increased with the increasing grade in CIN. The positive rate of Skp2 in CINⅢ was significantly higher than that in CINⅠ （Plt;0.05）.
