产前超声诊断胎儿先天性肺囊性腺瘤样畸形 作者：冯志华,周苏晋 单位：广东省第二人民医院超声科, 　广东广州 【摘要】目的研究超声对胎儿先天性肺囊性腺瘤样畸形的诊断价值。方法应用超声诊断胎儿先天性肺囊性腺瘤样畸形并与引产病检或分娩后CT复诊做比较。结果超声拟诊胎儿先天性肺囊性腺瘤样畸形9例 ,产后确诊7例, 诊断符合率77.8%;误诊 2例。结论超声诊断胎儿肺部畸形具有重要价值, 是产前诊断的首选方法。 【关键词】 先天性肺囊性腺瘤样畸形; 超声; 诊断 Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of lung FENG ZHI-hua, ZHOU SU-jin.
