Methods： The levels of serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) in the 50 reproductive-age women with PCOS and the 39 healthy reproductive-age women (controls) were measured by end-point method. The levels of serum total testosterone in the both groups were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results： The levels of BMI, serum total testosterone and TG were significantly different between women with PCOS and healthy women，(24.79plusmn;4.73) and (21.32plusmn;2.79) kg/m2, (0.79plusmn;0.22) and (0.42plusmn;0.14) ng/ml, (1.74plusmn;1.22) and (1.16plusmn;0.80) mmol/L respectively. Those in the PCOS women were higher than those in controls （P＜0.05）. There were no differences in the levels of TC, HDL, and LDL between the two groups （P＞0.05）. Conclusions： The TG level of reproductive-age women with PCOS was higher than that of healthy women. Patients with PCOS should reduce their weight and triglyceride to normal levels to decrease the risks of cardiovascular disease in the future. 　　Key words： polycystic ovary syndrome; metabolic syndrome; insulin resistance 　　多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS）是以高雄激素血症、月经紊乱、排卵稀发和卵巢多囊状改变为特点的异质性疾病，在育龄期妇女中患病率约为4％～6％［1］，常合并胰岛素抵抗、脂代谢异常［2］。为探讨PCOS患者的脂代谢变化，本文对50例育龄期PCOS患者与39例育龄期非PCOS健康妇女的血脂水平进行了比较，现报道如下。 　　1 研究对象与方法 　　1.1 研究对象 研究对象为2006年12月～2007年8月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院生殖助孕中心门诊就诊的89例育龄期妇女。其中PCOS患者50例，年龄22～39岁，平均（28plusmn;3.43）岁；非PCOS健康对照者39例，年龄22～42岁，平均（29.72plusmn;4.10）岁。2组年龄差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。 PCOS的诊断标准［3］：（1）临床表现：月经紊乱（闭经、月经稀发或功能失调性子宫出血）、多毛、痤疮、肥胖、不孕等；（2）阴道B超：一侧或双侧卵巢窦卵泡数ge
