摘要摘要二十一世纪是网络化的信息时代，作为基础教学与科研基地的高校自然走在所 有行业的最前列。随着高等院校教务教学管理信息化和网络化的不断深入，很多 高校已经实现了基于校园网络的信息化办公，从而从资源、管理、教学、办公等 多方面构成高校的数字校园体系。为了适应办公自动化、网络化发展的需求，教 育部门应该加强网络化的信息建设。本文完成了甘肃省招生办专升本管理系统的 设计研究与实现。首先对各种传统招生管理系统的应用程序架构、开发技术和系统特点进行深入 分析。在此基础上，提出了基于.NET 的 WEB 应用程序设计思路。该系统是典型 的 B/S 架构的应用结构，具有安装使用和维护简单的特点，在高速网络的支持下， 可以很好地满足一定规模的招生需求。其次，对基于网络的专升本招生管理系统需求进行充分分析，重点研究了专升 本招生管理系统的设计与实现方案，并对数据库服务器和 WEB 应用程序设计过程 中的技术要点进行了设计处理和实现，该系统主要包括省招生办、招生院校和报 名点三大用户管理功能模块。最后，本文就该系统在实际招生中的测试情况进行了分析，并指出了系统中存 在的问题以及下一步工作的研究内容。关键词：招生管理系统，ASP.NET，三层结构，关系数据库，WEB 服务ABSTRACTABSTRACT21st century is a informational times of networking. With the further development of information technology and popularization of Internet in educational administration and management in higher education, many universities have realized the importance of the information management based on the campus web site. In this case, a digital campus system has been established, through which campus resource, administrative management as well as teaching and learning resources can be managed more effectively .In order to keep pace with the trends, the educational administrative sections need to strengthen the construction of information technology .
