山东科技大学硕士学位论文目录 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 目录 摘 要 本文给出了面向软件项目管理的核心度量模型，讨论了核心度量模型中的核心度 量概念以及核心度量概念之间的关系。针对当前软件过程改进实践，提出一个实施软 件过程度量的过程模型，定义了实施软件过程度量的角色、内容、主要活动及相关的 支持工具和方法。设计了具有开放性、自适应性特点的软件度量支持环境，阐述了软 件度量中心的功能及其内部的组织结构。 本文描述并分析了基于度量的软件过程跟踪和控制策略；基于CMM和过程控制理 论，结合软件过程工程的特点，描述了软件过程的控制过程，给出软件过程跟踪和控 制策略，提出一个软件项目过程控制优化模型，并设计一个动态规划的优化算法。当 项目的实际过程偏离计划轨道时，管理者利用该方法基于软件过程数据库中的历史数 据，对多个可选方案进行优化，可迅速做出最佳的控制决策。 上述方法在一家大型软件企业过程管理与项目管理系统的应用实践表明，本文给 出的软件项目过程控制优化方法，能显著地提升管理者对软件项目的过程控制能力， 促进资源的动态合理调配，提高软件项目的成功率。一年多时间的项目运行统计数据 显示，该公司的项目进度控制能力平均提高了30%以上，项目成本在刚开始的半年里 有所增加，但全年的统计数值还是有明显的下降。 关键字：软件项目、项目管理、过程能力成熟度模型、过程度量、过程控制 ABSTRACT This article proposes a core metrics model orientated to software project management. According to practical reforms on present software process, a process model for software process metrics is presented, which defines the roles, contents, activities and related supporting tools and methods for the implementation of software process metrics. The architecture of a process metrics tool supporting software process control with the characteristics of open and adaptability is designed. This article describes and analyzes the tracking and controlling strategies based on the metrics software process; After considering the characteristics of software process projects and CMM, process control theory, It also describes the software process controlling process, produces the tracking and controlling strategies, proposes a software project process controlling optimization model, and designs a optimized algorithm of a dynamic program. When the actual process deviates from the planned tracks, superintendent can use this method to carry on the optimization for available plans and choose the best controlling strategies rapidly. The above-mentioned method after being used in a large-scale software enterprise indicated that process controlling optimization proposed in this article can remarkably promote the superintendent’s controll
