AbstractHeatingfurnacethemainenergyconsumptionequipmentinmodernrollingmill,andalsoanimportantparttothequalityofproduct.Howtoimprovethecombustionefficiency,raisethecontrolrateandcontrollingprecisionofheatingfurnacearekeyproblemsinreducingconsumptionandimprovingthequalityofproducts.Seamlesspipeplantalwaysuserotaryhearthfurnaceastheheatingequipment,thetutbeblankisheatedandusedforsteelpiperollingtaking.Theequipmentusenaturalgasorthemixedgasesofblastfurnaceandcookeryasthefuel.Thetemperaturecontrolofrotaryheartfurnaceisacomplicatedthermalprocessingprocedure,whichischaracterizedbymutualeffectofmultivariables,parameterstime-variance,alsolargeinertiadelaylinkandnon-linearofdetectingsignals.RoutinePIDtemperaturecontrolhasbigfluctuationandlowrespond.Besides,thefurnaceconditionisdirectlyaffectedbytheloadingandunloadingoperations.Itisdifficulttostabilizethefurnacepressure,establishmathematicsmodelandachieveeffectivecontrol.ThebackgroundofthispaperistherotaryheartfurnaceinBaotouIronSteelSeamlessMill,andthe“seriesdouble-crossingcombustioncontrol”isthebaseoffuzzycontrol.Accordingtotemperaturechangeindifferentsectionsofthefurnaceandtheactualfigureofthefurnacetemperature,thuscanachievefasterandshorterascendinganddescendingoftemperaturecontrol.Andalsotransitionperiodwillbeshorter,inchingadjustmentvolumewillbesmaller,thenthesurgetimesarefewer.Ensurethatthedynamicadjustmentperformanceofheatingfurnaceduringthechangeofthermalload,whichfitstherequirementofthermalloadchangeoftheheatingfurnace.Itwillnotresultinincompletecombustionorresultfrominsufficientairsupplyorexcess-oxygencombustion.Combustionlossandconsumptionarereduced,thus,canreduceconsumptionandimprovethequalityofproducts.Keywords:proportionintegrationdifferentiation(PID)control;seriesdouble-crossingcontrol;fuzzycontrol;rotaryheartfurnace目录摘要...........................................................................................................................IAbstract..............................................................
