AbstractThecommunicationqualityofusersattheedgeofcellsisseverelyrestrictedbytheinterferencebetweenadjacentcellsincellularnetworks.Howtoreduceordispelinterferencebetweencellshasbecomeanimportantsubjectinthefieldofcommunication.Basestationcooperativecommunication,whichisregardedasaneffectivetechnologyforrestrainingtheinferencebetweencells,cancombineallantennaeofbasestationsinseveraladjacentcellsandserveallusersinthesecellstomakefulluseofmultiplebasestations,multipleantennaeandmultipleusers,turninterferencesignalsintousefulsignalsandimprovetheperformanceofcommunicationsystemsgreatly.Differentusersschedulingpoliciesdeterminethesystemperformanceinbasestationcooperativecommunicationsystem.Themeaningofuserschedulingisselectinguseroneachresourceblockanddeterminingtheserviceorderforeachuser.Inordertosatisfyspecificgoalsandrequirementsindifferentcommunicationenvironments,avarietyofschedulingpoliciesforbasestationcooperativecommunicationsystemhasbeenproposed.Inthispaper,theproblemofusersschedulinginthedownlinkofageneralbasestationcooperativecommunicationcellularnetworkisresearched.Thestudyincludesthefollowingtwopoints:First,thispaperdescribesthestructure,conception,modelandtargetofthebasestationcooperativecommunicationsystems,explainsthecharacteristicsofwirelesschannelandintroducestheprecodingtechnologyandpowercontroltechnology.Besides,briefanalysisoftraditionalusersschedulingpoliciesarealsoincludedinthepaper.Second,thispaperproposesthreeusersschedulingpoliciesbasedondifferentQoS(QualityofService),QoE(QualityofExperience)andresourcereservationrespectivelyforthebasestationcooperativecommunicationsystemsaimingatincreasingtheuserscapacitytosolvetheproblemthattraditionalschedulingpoliciesfocusonthethroughputunilaterallyandignorethefairnessofusersservices.Simulationresultsshowthattheseschedulingpoliciescanincreaseuserscapacityofthesystemgreatlyatthecostofasmallreductionofthroughputandimprovethefairnessheavily.Keywords:BaseStationCooperation,SchedulingPolicy,QoS,QoE,ResourceReservat
