摘要供应链绩效与节点企业的收益是呈非线性关系的，分销商、零售商以及供 应商、制造商等都会影响供应链的整体绩效，因此研究供应链正常运行问题就 需要对各节点企业的利益进行协调研究。然而供应链上的各个成员均有自己对 应的资源和目标，供应链运作是通过供应链上的各个成员之间的谈判来驱动， 并且组织控制和管理他们。由于供应链核心通常以制造企业为核心，企业本身 没有这样的权力来实现其战略目标集中的协调和所有的资源分配，导致供应链 成员间的互相协作和配合的很困难。为了让本供应链上的各个成员通过供应链战略目标经营自己的业务，有必 要研究供应链评价的概念、基本组成、指标体系和评估方法等。只有统一供应 链上的各个成员对供应链绩效评价理论及其重要性的认识，本供应链上的各个 成员可以通过供应链绩效目标的贡献程度的检验和利益分配的任务，才能有效 解决这个问题。因此，量化关键绩效体系的使用，无疑提供了一把协助企业检 测供应链管理绩效的量尺，同时对供应链整体绩效的有效把握，有助于供应链 管理者认识和发现其与竞争供应链的差距，从而及时改进业务流程，调整供应 链战略目标，以适应市场的变化。本文的研究目的就是从现有的供应链绩效评价的理论、方法的系统研究出 发，以构建供应链绩效评价体系为目标，分别从内部协调、运作流程和外部绩 效这三个方面建立供应链绩效评价指标体系，并结合权变理论指出其在具体情 境中的运用，依据实际应用情况的不同，给出根据绩效评价改进和完善的确定 方法，最终建立一套完整的供应链绩效评价体系。 关键词：供应链；供应链绩效；多目标模糊优化；企业实证AbstractSupply chain performance and node earnings is a nonlinear relation, distributors and retailers, manufacturers and suppliers such as the overall performance can affect the supply chain, so the supply chain normal operation problem of each node to the interests of the enterprise coordinate research.
