应用科技大学建设背景下学生创新创业教育探索研究 新乡医学院三全学院 熊天露 摘要: 当前，地方高校大学生创新创业教育存在着学生创新意识及创新品格较弱、创业教育模式比较陈旧、社会和学校对创新创业教育的认识不足、创新创业教育课程体系有待完善、创新创业实践基地过于形式化等问题。地方高校要采取分层次创业教育模式，加强大学生创新意识与创新品格的培养和提高;构建和完善创业教育教学课程体系，让大学生明确创新创业教育的目标，增强创业教育的实效性;完善制度保障激励机制，保证创业教育的延续性，积极推动地方高校创新创业人才的培养，为地方经济社会发展服务。 关键词:地方高校 ;大学生; 创新创业教育 Abstract: At present, in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of students in universities there still exist such problems as the weak awareness and quality of university students’innovation, the older pattern of entrepreneurship education, the community and school insufficient knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education still to be improved, and the extremeformali2ation of the practical base for the education. Local universities should adopt hierarchical models of entrepreneurship education and strengthen the cultivation and improvement of university students innovative awareness and quality; build and improve the system of entrepreneurship education curriculum and give university students a cleargoal of innovationentrepreneurship education and enhance the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education; improve the incentive mechanism with system guarantee to ensure the continuity of entrepreneurship education, and actively promote the cultivation of innovativeentrepreneurship talents in local universities so as to serve the local economic and social development. Key words: local universities; students; innovation and entrepreneurship education 当前，对大学生进行创新创业教育意义重大，特别是省市所属的高校(下称地方高校)更是小可或缺。地方高校学生创新创业教育研究与实践对于社会可持续发展、学校自身的发展及大学生都具有重要的意义。大学生创新创业是一项十分艰巨、具有挑战性的社会活动高校要培养大学生的创新素质、创新能力，让他们拥有创新创业的基本技能和能力，必须丰富大学生创新创业教育的教学内容体系与后援支撑、孵化措施。在高校大学生中开展广泛的创新创业教育，体现了当代社会新的人才培养理念，这小仅是为了缓解就业压力，更主要的是可以为地方经济发展、社会进步提供优秀的人才。地方高校的大学生创新创业教育尚处于起步和探索阶段，没有成熟的模式可供借鉴，尚未引起普遍重视和广泛关注。 地方高校大学生创新创业教育的现状 1.大学生创新创业意识及创新品格较弱，大学生创新创业教育的模式比较陈旧 目前，我国地方高校大学生的创新创业意识普遍较弱、创新创业教育形式比较单一、大学生可持续发展的机制还小够健全、教育模式还没有
