摘要本研究针对影响跨栏技术节奏的因素,把设计好的音乐小样作为辅助手段融 入到跨栏教学当中,探究采用音乐辅助手段对栏间节奏、全程节奏以及成绩的影 响,为提高跨栏技术和成绩提供一个方法上的思路和参考。通过对广州体育学院 体教专业 2012 级普修男子进行分组教学实验,随机选出身体形态、素质均处于同一水平初学跨栏的两个班(各 20 人)进行实验研究。实验班学生在音乐伴奏 下进行跨栏学习,对照班除了不采用音乐伴奏辅助方法外,其他教学的任务和内 容与实验班的相同。本实验为 8 周,实验后分别对两组实验对象的跨栏技术、栏 间节奏、全程节奏以及跨栏成绩进行教学测试。得到以下研究结果与结论: 研究结果:1 跨栏技术:实验后实验班和对照班的栏上技术的p=0.430.05,表现为两个 班的栏上技术差别不大。这是因为实验班在进行节奏音乐辅助跨栏练习时,重点 强调的是栏间节奏,但并没有削弱跨栏步技术的教学。2栏间节奏:在栏间节奏上,实验班专家技评得分为81.1,而对照班仅得分77.2,实验班与对照班的p=0.0020.05,表明实验班跨栏的栏间节奏明显要好于 对照班。3全程节奏:跨栏全程节奏上,实验班的得分为80.33,而对照班的得分为78.1, 实验班与对照班的p=0.010.05,这表明实验后实验班学生的跨栏全程节奏要明 显好于对照班。4跨栏成绩:实验班平均成绩快于对照班 0.84 秒,具有显著性差异(P0.05)。 结论:1在进行跨栏时采用音乐节奏辅助跨栏练习,可使学生的跨栏速度和栏间节奏 得到合理协调的配合,有利于帮助学生快速的建立栏间节奏的意识。2音乐的节奏有助于学生提高和掌握对跨栏节奏的控制能力,有效地提高和改 善跨栏成绩。3在节奏音乐的的教学环境中,经过一个单元的教学,学生的跨栏达标成绩和 节奏感明显提高。4 有音乐伴奏进行跨栏练习的实验班在上课时表现较积极,课堂气氛较好,跨 栏栏间节奏建立更快,学生的紧张、疲劳情绪以及抑郁的心理治疗能得到很大改 善,学生感觉精力旺盛,能多产生一些自尊感和成就感。关键词节奏音乐;跨栏跑教学;实验研究ABSTRACTThe paper aims to study how music an important influential factor in hurdles can be used in hurdle teaching such as rhythm between hurdles, rhythm in the whole course and the final performance. The researcher takes students majoring in PE of 2012 of Guangzhou Sport University as examiner and divides them into 2 parts (20 students per class) randomly regardless of their body shape and quality. They are trained in the same task, the only difference is that one part named as surveyed class is trained together with music samples but the other not. The training lasts for 8weeks after when a test will make to see their result. And the conclusion made as below: Researching results:Hurdling Technology: technology result is P=0.430.05 between surveyed class and the other class. The reason for the tiny difference is that the experiment aims to research rhythm but the technology.Rhythm Between Hurdles: the surveyed class gets 81.1, and the other gets 77.2, and the P=0.0020.05 shows that the surveyed class performance better in rhythm between hurdles.Rhythm in the whole course: the result is that the surveyed g
