政治稳定以及由农业国向农业、工业经济共同发展的国家转变有着重要的借鉴意义。关键词：农产品贸易；贸易政策；贸易便利化；口岸基础建设万方数据LaosandThailandborderagriculturaltradefacilitationmeasuresandresearch——InVientiane--NongKhaiCaseABSTRACTLaosiSatraditionalagricultureindevelopingcountries．astheSoutheastAsiaeconomyisrelativelybackwardagriculturalcountry，Laos’Seconomiccontributioncomesmainlyinagriculturalproducts，agriculturalproductstradeisanimportantpillarofthenationaleconomyofLaos，LaostradeofagriculturalproductsintheroleofLaos’Seconomicdevelopmentisveryimportant．NeighboringLaosandThailandareobtainedfortheuniqueadvantage，traderelationshavemaintainedasound，andthetwoduetothesimilaritiesingeographyweather，agriculturaltradehasacomplementaryadvantages，andThailandwithLaosadjacenttothegeographicaladvantages，andcontinuetorankedthefirstLaolargesttradingpartnertothetraditionalgeographicaladvantage．AfterthesuccessfulentryintoWTOin2012，thebilateraltradebetweenLaosandThailandhasbroughtaboutgreateropportunitiesandchallenges．Theresearchontradeinbordertradeofagriculturalproductstoachieveahigherlevel，butresearchontheborderofagriculturalproductsandtradefacilitation，moreresearchmainlyfromdevelopedcountriesbordertradeofagriculturalproductsbetweenresearch，orindevelopedregionstoestablishregionaltradezonebetweenagriculturalproductsandtradefacilitationofresearch，speciallyfortheASEANcountries，betweencountriesintheMekongRiverbetweenThailandandLaosagriculturalproductstradefacilitation，suchasastudyisrelativelyinsufficient．ThispaperchoosesoneofagriculturalproductsandtheborderVientianeNongKhaiinthetradeofagriculturalproductstomeasurebilateralagriculturalproducttradefacilitationindex，VientianeandNongKhaioldThaiborderastheresearchobject，throughtheresearchonbothsidesoftheborderofagriculturalproductstradefacilitation，analysisonbothsidesofthebordertradefacilitationofagriculturalproductsport，infrastructureconstruction，roadtransportcooperation，agriculturalproductslogisticsfacilitation，customsoperationofagriculturalproducts，environmentalregulation，analyzethedevelopmento
