摘要我国体育事业在综合国力日益增强和经济稳步发展的带动下，迎来了前所未有的新机遇，全国总体竞技体育水平的提升显著。然而作为河南省第二大城市的洛阳市，基于经济的迅速发展，开展了十余年的网球运动已形成了一定规模，但是网球运动在洛阳市的发展程度与全国的平均水平还是有不小差距的。青少年人才的培养已经渐渐被定位为未来城市网球事业发展的关键，目前世界各体育强国都特别重视青少年网球人才的培养。洛阳市作为中西部重要城市之一，其青少年的网球运动现状，具有一定的代表性，因此本文欲借河南省网球运动热潮的东风，及洛阳市青少年在省十一运会网球项目上取得骄人成绩的大好背景下，着眼于未来城市网球事业的开发和城市整体网球竞技水平的提升，同时采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法，对洛阳参与网球运动的青少年群体、教练员队伍、网球项目管理现状等方面进行深度的调查和思考，现得到以下结论：(1)洛阳市青少年网球运动人口近年来增长态势明显，但就目前与全国青少年网球开展情况以及生长环境对比，在质的提升等方面还存在很多不足。(2)洛阳市网球运动的青少年年龄分布情况不合理，低年龄段的青少年仍较匾乏，与国内外优秀青少年网球启蒙差距明显，年龄结构有待进一步优化。(3)洛阳市青少年以参加省内网球比赛为主，俱乐部和运动学校中接受专业训练的青少年参加省级以上的比赛次数相对多一些。但总体上参加高水平比赛的机会偏少。(4)青少年的网球训练开销对于洛阳市众多工薪家庭是不小的负担。经费紧缺是洛阳市青少年网球运动发展过程中越来越应当格外重视的制约因素。(5)洛阳市青少年网球教练员执教年龄分布不理想，欠缺高层次教练员，多数教练员执教时间偏短，整体呈现出执教经验不足。(6)洛阳市青少年网球教练员缺乏专业化的培养和再教育，需要增强与全国网球发展较好省市的优秀教练员互动和交流学习。关键词：洛阳市，青少年，网球，现状，对策ABSTRACTOurcountryspotsenterpriseinthecomprehensivenationalstrengthincreasingandsteadyeconomicdevelopmentimpetus，usheredintheunprecedentednewopportunities，theoverallcompetitivesportslevelofascensionisreIIlarkable．HoweverasthesecondlargestcityofhenanprovinceofLuoyang，basedontherapideconomicdevelopment，carriedoutmorethantenyearsoftennismovementhasformedcertainscale，butmet廿mismovementinLuoyangdevelopmentdegreeandthenationalaveragelevelthereisalittlebitofdifflerence．Youthtalentcultivationhasgraduallybelocationforthefuturedevelopmentofthecauseofthekeycitytennis，currentlytheworldeachsportspowerispayspecialattentiontotheyouthtennispersonneltraining．AsoneofthemostimportantcityinLuoyangcity,theyouthoftennissportstatusquo，withcertainrepresentativeness，thereforewewanttoborrowtennisboominhenanprovinceeastwind，andLuoyangteenagersgetonthetennisprojectproudachievementofthegoodbackground，looktothefuturedevelopmentofthecauseofthecitytennisandtennissportslevelofthewholecityascension，andbyusingtheliteranJrematerial，questionnairesurveyandmathematicalstatisticsmethod，theLuoyangparticipateinsportoftennisteenagergroups，thecoachteam，tennisprojectmanagementpresentsituationandthesooninvestigationofthedepthandthinking，n
