可持续性城市河流治理研究——韩国的经验与启示ABS1融～CTThesedayseverycountryhasbeenindustrializedandurbanizedduetotheeconomicgrowth—orientedpoliciesandeconomicglobalization，whichcausedrecklessdevelopmentandenvironmentalaggravationtothecities．Theriverswerepollutedwiththeinflowsoftheliquidwasteandsewage，theecologicalenvironmenthasbeendestroyed。Thisenvironmentalchangefortheworsemaderesidentsmoveoutandtheriversideareasbecamepoorvillages．Thewholecityalsogotlessvitalwithgloomyatmospherehavingothersocialproblemsatthesametime．Tosolvetheseproblemsfollowedbytheurbanization，theriversmustbetumedintorenewedinasustainableway．SustainablerivermaintenanceCanprovidecityresidentswithvariousadvantages；peopleCanhaveriversideareaswhichCanbepublicspacesforallthecitizenstorelax，toexercise，toenjoyculture，ortostudynature，etc．Furthermore，thisCanincreasetheeconomicvaluebyrevivinglocaleconomy，orsomecarlbecomealandmarkofthecity．InKoreasince1990salongwiththesocialandeconomicdevelopment，therehavebeenmoreandmoredemandsforimprovingthequalityofliving．Atthesametime，internationalconcemontheenvironmenthasbeenincreasedastheglobalwarming，becameabigissueallaroundtheworld．Tofollowthetrendofthetimes，riversgotrestoredtoeco-friendlyones．TherenewalofChenggyeRiverinSeoulisthemostrepresentativeexampleinKorea．TheChenggyeRiverisasmallstreamwhichrunsthroughthecenterofSeoul．Itgotcoveredandmadeintoroadtosolvethetrafficcongestionintheearly1960s，butlaterin2015，itgotrestoredintorivertoecologicalrivertobecomeaglobaltouristattractionswiththebigsuccessofChenggyeRiver，alotofotherriversweregettingtoberenewednationwide．Chinahasbeenconsistentlydevelopingineconomywhichbroughtrapidexpansionofthecitiesinsize．Buttheriversincitiesbecamepollutedaccordingly，SOnowmunicipalgovernmentshavebeentryingtorestoreriversforbetterviewsandforbetterlivesofthecitizens，butstillitseemsthattherearenotyetoverallplansincludingboththeupperregionandthelowerregionoftherivers．Theriverrestorationplansmustincludefloodprevention，betterviews，eco-friendlyenvironment，andqualitylivingofth
