无痛肠镜下高频电凝切除术治疗小儿结肠息肉临床研究 　　【摘要】目的探讨应用无痛肠镜下高频电凝切除术治疗小儿结肠息肉的临床价值。方法对经无痛肠镜下高频电凝切除术治疗的10岁以下小儿结肠息肉32例进行总结、分析。结果32例患儿的结肠息肉均在无痛肠镜下应用高频电凝切除术成功切除,所有患儿对肠镜诊治过程无记忆,无出现麻醉意外、结肠出血、穿孔等并发症。结论无痛肠镜下高频电凝切除术治疗小儿结肠息肉技术,是治疗小儿结肠息肉的首选方法和最有效的微创技术。? 　　【关键词】 　　无痛肠镜;高频电凝切除术;小儿结肠息肉;异丙酚 　　?? 　　 　　Clincal evaluation of high frequency electrocoagulation resection under painless colonoscopy for the treatment of children suffering from colonic polyps 　　 　　LIN Zuo?guang,HUANG Juan,YANG Yong,et al.Department of Gastroenterology,Gaozhou People’s Hospital,Gaozhou 525200,China 　　? 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveClinical trials were performed on children suffering from Colonic Polyps using high frequency electrocoagulation resection under painless colonoscopy to evaluate its continued medical benefits and possible side effects.MethodsThirty two children under the age of ten were examined and the tests analysed using the said procedure.ResultsThe results of the tests conducted on all the children showed that the treatment was successful,there were no known side effects including anesthesia related accidents,colon bleeding,perforation or other related complications and that the children displayed no memory of the colonoscopic operation.ConclusionThe trials performed confirm that the procedure of high frequency electrocoagulation resectionunder painless colonoscopy is the most effective and least invasive form of treatment and therefore warrants to be seen as the primary curative method for children suffering from Colonic Polyps. ? 　　【Key words】 　　Painless Colonoscopy; High?frequency electrocoaqulation resection; Conlonic polyps in children; Propofol 　　 　　本院消化内科自2005年1月至2009年3月间,在无痛肠镜下应用高频电凝切除术治疗10岁以下小儿结肠息肉32例,取得良好效果,现总结报告如下。? 　　 　　1资料和方法? 　　 　　1.1临床资料32例患儿中,男25例,女7例,年龄3~10岁,平均5.7岁。其中3~6岁23例,7~10岁9例。临床表现为间歇??便血或便后滴血、脓血便、左下腹痛等。所有患儿均符合肠镜检查的适应证而无禁忌证,且无麻醉药物过敏史。所有患儿均由监护人签署知情同意书,特殊检查及特殊治疗同意书。? 　　 　　1.2术前、术中准备①肠道准备:术前1 d进少渣饮食,术前晚上给予蓖麻油10~20 ml口服,嘱家属向蓖麻油内加入适量果汁或白糖,患儿较易接受,收到较好效果,当日禁食禁水6 h以上,术前3 h清洁灌肠2~3次;②器
