中文摘要经济型酒店起源于美国，在欧美等旅游业发达地区已经发展的相当成熟。在我国，由于旅游业的大众化进程刚刚开始，旅游刚从一种奢侈品变成日常消费品。因此，经济型酒店发展迅速，市场需求前景广阔。自如家酒店在美国纳斯达克上市之后，经济型酒店的投资在全国遍地开花，呈现迅猛发展态势。但是，由于盲目跟风，许多投资是非理性的，结果出现了损害投资者利益甚至地方形象事件的不断发生。我们认为，在投资之前进行投资可行性研究是保障投资收益的先决条件，因此，为了保障投资者利益，避免盲目投资现象，有必要对经济型酒店的投资可行性进行深入研究。目前，国内外学者虽然对经济型酒店的研究不断深入，但是，涉及到投资可行性的研究相对较少。本文对国内外经济型酒店的相关研究文献进行了分析，并通过对文献的分析找出了研究经济型酒店投资可行性的理论框架，然后分析了一系列的投资决策方法，为经济型酒店的投资可行性研究提供了一个可以参照的案例。通过研究我们得出如下结论：在对经济型酒店进行投资可行性研究时，要在充分了解经济型酒店的内涵和特点的前提下，认真做投资前的市场投资环境分析、市场竞争状况分析、市场进入时机分析、市场定位分析、市场区位分析，同时还有认真考虑投资成本和投资收益，选择合适的投资决策方法。最后，还要认真考虑和防范投资风险，综合各方面因素做出最终的决策。在理论框架提出以后，本文以开封市黄河水院酒店的投资可行性分析为例，进行了实证研究。并通过研究，得出了具有科学性和可行性的最后结论，为投资者进行投资决策打下了基础。本论文的创新之处对经济型酒店的投资可行性进行了系统的研究，并形成了一套可以操作的理论，并将之应用于开封市黄河水院酒店的投资可行性分析之中。通过分析，判断投资的可行性。关键词：经济型酒店，投资收益，可行性，风险评估IABSTRACTEconomyhotelsoriginatedfromtheUnitedStates,andhavebecomematureinEurope、Americaandotherregionswherethetourismindustryhasfullydeveloped.InChina,thepopularizationprocessoftourismindustryhasjustbegunandtourismhasjustchangedintodailyconsumablesfromluxuries,sotheeconomyhotelsdevelopquicklyandtheirmarketprospectsarebroad.SinceRujiahotelbeinglistedinNASDAQStockMarketofAmerica,theinvestmentofeconomyhotelsspreadalloverthecountry,showingthetendencyofdramaticdevelopment.However,duetotheaimlessimitation,manyinvestmentsareirrational,andthingswhichareharmfultotheinvestors’benefitsevenlocalimagesarehappening.It’sbelievedthatonlytheinvestmentfeasibilityresearchisdonepriortoinvesting,cantheinvestmentprofitsbeensured.Hence,inordertoguaranteetheinvestors’profitsandavoidaimlessimitation,itisnecessarytodofar-reachingresearchabouttheinvestmentfeasibilityoftheeconomyhotels.Atpresent,thoughmanyscholarsathomeandabroadhavedonemanyresearchesabouttheeconomyhotels,therearecomparativelyfewerresearchesaboutinvestmentfeasibility.Thispaperanalysesthoserelativeresearchreferencesabouttheeconomyhotelsathomeandabroad,andthroughthisanalysis,itputsforwardsthetheoreticalframeworkoftheresearchabouttheinvestmentfeasibilityoftheeconomyhotels.Thispaperalsoanalysesase
