内容摘要流动性过剩是世界经济发展过程中出现的问题之一，针对其原因的研究著作很多，主要研究的影响因素有外汇储备的激增、房地产市场的影响以及资本市场的传导作用，有关如何控制流动性的探讨也很多，诸如：改革外汇管理体制、加强汇率的灵活性、调整涉外的经济金融政策以及扩大内需等途径。但是随着美国金融危机的影响，我国政府推出了一揽子振兴经济的计划，并且取得了明显的效果，同时也使我国从流动性过剩迅速消退，最明显的表现就是商业银行的“惜贷”和CPI指数的持续下降。对于经济运行而言，流动性过剩和流动性短缺都不是最好的发展环境。作者认为：在治理流动性过剩的同时，也要关注如何防止流动性过剩的迅速消退。本文主要针对我国目前流动性过剩的内在机理和成因进行分析，并通过ADF检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果检验等统计方法进行实证分析，找出导致我国流动性过剩的成因，进而得出外汇储备的激增、金融机构存贷差的扩大、存款准备金率的低位等是导致我国流动性过剩的主要原因，就此提出作者的一些政策建议。建议主要考虑三个方面：内部制度方面、对外政策管理和国内的金融机构存贷差问题。与此同时，剖析我国出现流动性迅速消退的原因和表现，建议建立防范流动性过剩迅速消退的预警机制。关键词：流动性；流动性过剩；流动性消退；货币供应量AbstractExcessliquidityisoneoftheproblemsininternationaleconomicdevelopment,sointhecourseofthereasonstherearemanyworks.Theimpactsofmajorfactorsofthesurgeincludesforeignexchangereserves,CPIshighlevel,theHousingmarket,aswellastheconductionfromcapitalmarkets.Thestudysofhowtomanagetheliquidityaremany,suchas:thereformofforeignexchangemanagementsystem,strengthentheflexibilityoftheexchangerate,adjusttheforeign-relatedeconomicandfinancialpolicies,aswellasmeansofexpandingdomesticdemand.However,withtheU.S.financialcrisis,ourgovernmentlaunchedapackageofplanstorevivetheeconomy,andachievedremarkableresults,butalsoourcountryisbeingfromasurplusofliquidityintoaliquiditycrunch,themostobviousistheperformanceofcommercialbanks’“lessloan”andtheCPIindexcontinuedtodrop.Foreconomicoperation,bothoftheexcessliquidityandliquiditycruncharenotthebestenvironmentforthedevelopment,sotheauthorssuggestthat:inthemanagementofexcessliquidityatthesametime,ourcountryshouldconcernabouthowtopreventtheconversionoftighteningliquidity.Inthispaper,weanalysisthecurrentexcessliquidityandthecausesoftheinherentmechanismandthroughtheADFtest,cointegrationtestandGrangercausalitytestandotherstatisticalmethodsforempiricalanalysis,tofindoutthecauseofChinascauseofexcessliquidity,andthendrawthemainreasons,forexample:thesurgeinforeignexchangereserves,theexpansionofbadloansinfinancialinstitutions,andthelowdepositreserveratio.Recommendationstakeintoaccountthreemainaspects:theinternalsystem,forei
