摘要摘要精益生产作为一种适用于现代制造企业的先进生产管理方式，是制造型企业降低生 产成本、提高企业利润和企业竞争力的行之有效的方法，同时对净化工作环境，创建企 业文化有着重大的影响。精益生产是一个永无止境的精益求精的过程，致力于改进生产 流程和流程中的每一道工序，消除价值链中一切不能增加价值的活动，提高劳动利用率， 消灭浪费，不断改进，尽善尽美。未来的竞争必然是新产品开发和管理水平的竞争，尽 早在管理上培养竞争优势的企业，在市场竞争中也必将处于主动地位，采用精益生产方 式来提高企业的竞争力是企业的必然选择。G 汽车公司是国内一个典型的自主品牌汽车制造企业，面对激烈多变的竞争环境以 及不断压缩的产品利润，公司近年来引进了精益生产方式，改进了原来的管理模式，在 竞争中开始不断产生出优势。本文分析了精益生产在国内外的研究和应用现状，阐述了精益生产基本理论体系和 精益生产的实施，在此基础上，对 G 汽车公司精益生产方式的实施及其效果进行深入 研究，发现了在实施过程中存在的问题，提出了改进建议。G 汽车实施精益生产以来取 得成绩是显著的，生产现场得到了良好的改善，车间整洁明亮，产品的开发周期大大缩 短，物流和库存方面的开支下降，员工的精神面貌也得到了提高。但同时，也存在一些 问题，包括：缺乏创新；缺乏全局性改善；缺乏全员持续性参与；管理机制不够完善； 员工技能柔性不高等。笔者针对这些问题提出改进建议：结合自身实际，活学活用精益 思想；统筹全局，全面推行精益生产；增强全员参与的长期性；继续完善精益管理机制； 加强员工技能的交叉培训。以期进一步提高生产效率，进一步降低生产成本，从而提升 企业在市场中的竞争力。关键词精益生产精益改善汽车公司AbstractAbstractAs an advanced management method, Lean Production can effectively help manufacturing enterprises reduce the production costs, increase the profits, improve the competitiveness, purify the working environment, and establish corporate culture as well.
