TheeffectsofJuanBICapsulesonIL-1、IL-6、TNF-αinsynovialfluidofKOArabbitsafterpreventlyadministrationAbstractObjective:ResearchJuanbicapsuleonkneeosteoarthritisrabbitmodelofpreventivemedicine,theIL-1,IL-6andTNF-αcontentofsynovialfluid,inordertoexploreearlypreventionandtreatmenttoosteoarthritisofJuanbicapsuleanditsmechanism.Methods:72of4monthsLong-earedrabbits,male,bodyweight(1.80-3.50)kg,dividedintosixgroupsrandomly,Agroup(traditionalChinesemedicinehigh-dosepreventiongroup),Bgroup(Chineseherbalmedicinedosepreventiongroup),Cgroup(Chineseherbalmedicinewithlow-dosepreventiongroup),Dgroup(glucose-aminoacidhydrochloridecapsulespreventiongroup),Egroup(modelgroup),Fgroup(blankcontrolgroup)eachgroupwere12rabbits.Besidesthecontrolgroup,eachgroupwasusedtubularcastimmobilization-inducedosteoarthritisofrabbitkneemodelofmodelingmethods.Immobilizedtheleftkneestraightfor6weeks,sothattheleftkneeisthemodelofkneeosteoarthritis.Inmodelingtime,givethetraditionalChinesemedicinepreventiongroupwithJuanbicapsules,andgivethemedicinepreventiongroupforglucosaminehydrochloridecapsules,modelcontrolgroupwasgivennormalsalinefor4weeks,after6weeksofmodeling,takerabbitscartilagetissueforgrossobservation,lightmicroscopeobservationthesametime,jointfluidextractionlineELISA,Acrossstatisticalanalysis.Results:1.Macroscopicobservation,groupEarticularcartilagedegenerationbadly,A,B,C,Dgrouptohavethevaryingdegeneration,underthemicroscopeobservation,exceptFeachgrouphavedifferentlevelsofcartilagedegenerationhistologicalchanges.2.IL-1ofSynovialfluid,middleandwesternmedicinepreventiongroupcomparedwiththemodelcontrolgroupweresignificantlydifferent(P0.05);medicinehigh,mediumandlow-dosegroupstherewassignificantdifference(P0.05);Chinesemedicinehighandmiddledosegroupandtheglucosaminecapsulewasnosignificantdifference(P0.05).3.IL-6ofSynovialfluid,middleandwesternmedicinepreventiongroupcomparedwiththemodelgroupweresignificantlydifferent(P0.05);medicinehigh,mediumandlow-dosegroupstherewassignificantdifference(P0.05);Chineseh
