AbstractChickencoccidiosiswasseriousharmtothedevelopmentofpoultryindustry，becauseofhighdiseaseincidenceanddeathrate.Nowadays,anticoccidialdrugwasmainlyuesedtocurechickencoccidiosisinclinic,butthepharmacodynamicactionwascutdownsincethebirthofthecoccidialdrug-resistantstrain.So,itwasnecessarytodeveloptheanticoccidialdrugwiththecharacteristicofhighperformance,leasttoxicityandagainstdrug-resistantstrain.Adprin,anewanticoccidialdrugwasevaluatedbyclinicalefficacyandpharmacokineticcharacteristics.Therefor,thetheoreticalandexperimentalresultswouldhelpreasonablyveterinaryclinicalapplication.Inordertoscreeningtheefficacyofanticoccidialdrug,Thesixdrugs:adprin,pyrimethamine,nifedipine,minoxidil,piperaquine,phosphate,allopurinol,whichpharmacologicalmechanismweredifferentwereevaluatedbythecurativeeffectonartificialinfectedchickencoccidiosis.Thetestwasevaluatedbyanticoccidiaindexes(ACI),percentofoptimumanticoccidialactivity(POAA),reductionoflesionscores(RLS),relativeoocystproduction(ROP).Theresultindicatedthatadprin,whichACIwas188.76,RLSwas100%,ROPwas0%,POAAwas90.48%with70mg·kg-1dose.Pyrimethaminehadlittleeffectsonanticoccidiosisandtheothershadnoeffectonchickencoccidiosisofartificialinfection.Clinicaleffectonanticoccidiosiswasrespectivelycomparedbydifferentpreparationanddifferentdosageformadprinwithotheranticoccidialdrugs.Theresultindicatedthat75mg·kg-1and85mg·kg-1Adprinwereefficientcoccidoistat,whichACIrespectivelywere181.8,182.5,Relativeweightgainofexperimentchickenswere88.3%and82.5%,survivalratewereboth100%.TheresultofcurativetestindicatedthatACIofadprinwith80mg·kg-1was190.56comparingwithotheranticoccidialdrugs.Inthetestofdrugscooperating,anti-coccidiosisadprin(60mg·kg-1)salinomycin(60mg·kg-1)wasbetterthansingledoseof60mg·kg-1salinomycinandsalinomycin(60mg·kg-1)withpyrimethamine(6.25mg·kg-1).ACIofmonensin(121mg·kg-1)was91.19,whichhadnoeffectofagainstingchickencoccidiosis.ACImonensin(70mg·kg-1)withadprin(60mg·kg-1)was110.97,whichwashigherthanACImonensin(100mg·kg-1)withadprin(60m
