ABSTRACTChronicobstructivepulmonarydisease(COPD)isacommonchronicrespiratorydiseasewithhighmorbidityandhighmortality.Theacutephase(AECOPD)repeatedepisodesisthemainreasonforprogressivedeclinethelungfunctionandincreasedmortalityinpatientswithCOPD.ThehighincidenceofCOPDpatientsnotonlybroughttolifedangerandeconomicburden,butalsoaseriouspublichealthproblemtobringaheavyeconomicburdenonsociety.ThesensitivedetectionindicatorsofAECOPDandstablephasecanmakethehealthworkersdetectearlylesionsinpatientsandchangethedosingregimenintimethatreducetheinjurytothepatientswithAECOPD,reducethefinancialburdenonpatientsandsociety.ToprovidetheoreticalbasisforearlydiagnosisofAECOPD,theexperimentexplorethechangesofantioxidationsystemlevel(SOD,GSH,MDA)oftheCOPDduringthetreatment(acuteperiodandstableperiod)significance,Atthesametime,thejointdetectionofplatelethematocrit(PCT)levelandchangesinWBC,andprovideatheoreticalbasisfortheearlydiagnosisofCOPDandevaluationofcurativeeffect.Method:Thestudyselectour80casesoftheAECOPDpatients(ageabove40)admittedRespiratoryMedicineofourhospitalaccordingtoGuide2011revisionofdiagnosisandtreatmentofchronicobstructivepulmonarydiseaseformulatebyChinesemedicalassociationrespiratoryneurology.Andselectionof30casesofhealthypeople(ageabove40)ascontrolgroup.ControlgrouptakenonthemorningfastingvenousbloodoftheexaminationdaytodetectPCTandWBCwithwholebloodanddetectantioxidantindexwithserum.COPDpatientsinhospitaltakeafastingvenousbloodinthemorningoffirstday(acuteaggravatingperiod),andtreatmentof5,10,14days(remission)todetectPCTandWBCwithwholebloodanddetectantioxidantindexwithserum.ForeachgrouppatientswithPulmonaryfunctiontests,temperaturemeasurement,recordingchangesinsputumvolume,dyspneareliefofrecords,diseaseprogressionwasobservedinpatients.CompareAECOPDandCOPDremissionofvariousindicatorsofchange,toexplorewhethertheycanbeusedtodetectCOPDacuteandremission.Comparingtheindicatorschangeandrecoveryamongthepatientswithallages,smokersandnon-smokers,workenvironmentalexposuretosmokeando
