英文摘要AbstractAsanimportantaspectofworkerteamconstruction,staffsportsplayanimportantroleinimprovingthequalityofworkers.However,staffsportsdevelopmentoflargestate-ownedenterpriseisnotoptimistic.Itisdifficulttomeetincreasingfitnessneedsofthebroadmassesofworkersandcan’tarousetheinitiativeofworkerstoparticipateinsportsactivities.Theresultisnotconducivetothedevelopmentofnationwidefitnesscampaign,andmakesthephysicalandmentalhealthproblemsofworkersbecomeanissueofsocialproblemwhichisinrelatedwithnationaldestiny.Therefore,itistheproblemrequiredtosolvebylargestatecorporationthathowtodevelopstaffsportstokeeppacewiththeenterpriseeconomicefficiencyandthedemandofworkersforsports.Thispapermaderesearchbycombinatingofknowleageofsociology,sportsscienceandotherrelatedsubjects,queringrelatedinformationoftheKaramayOilfieldworkerssports,andmakingthein-depthinterviewsofKaramayMunicipalSportsBureau,partofoilfieldtradeunion,associationleadershipandsportsbackbonemolecularofKaramayOilfieldworkers,sportsorganization,facilities,activities,suchassportsdirectorsurveyconductedbythestudy,reachedthefollowingconclusions:KaramayOilfieldworkerssportsaremainlymanagedbyoilunionsandSinopecSportsAssociationandaccepttheguidanceofKaramayMunicipalSportsBureauGroupOffice.Thepersonnelofsportsdepartmentaretendedtoequipwithrichmenwithrichexperience.Someunitsalsodemandforprofessionalsocialsportsinstructors.Staffsportsinstructoramountincreasesceaselessly,buttheagestructureoftheagingphenomenonismoreoutstanding.Workershaveenoughleisuretime,butonlyafewperponsparticipateinphysicalexercise.Throughdoingareseachonthearrangementofsparetime,theworkerdonotarrangesportsfitnessinleisuretimeactivities.WatchingTV,internetandchessarethefirstthree.Thiskindofunhealthylifestylewillconstituteathreatonthehealthofworkers.Theworkersdonothavecomprehensiveawarenessofthefunctionsofsports,activeparticipationconsciousnessisnotstrongmailybecausetheirunderstangforsportsstillstaysininitiallevel.Workershavelittleawarenessofsportsabundantfunction,l
