课堂教学环境透视与改进策略分析-perspective of classroom teaching environment and analysis of improvement strategies
中文摘要课堂教学环境是一个由多种要素构成的复杂的整体系统,它对学生学习过程中的认知、情感和行为产生着重要的作用,是影响课堂教学活动重要的隐性课程,更是学生个性健康成长不可缺少的要素。要建设科学的促进学生发展的课堂教学环境,就必须科学地准确地把握现有课堂教学环境水平,进行分析归纳,发现问题,以便提出改进课堂教学环境的措施,亦可为他人在此领域作进一步研究提供一些实证性的资料。因此,本研究的研究思路是在现有研究的基础上,通过文献分析、问卷调查的方法全面透视有利于学生发展,提高教学效率的课堂教学环境,研究当前课堂教学环境中存在的问题,并分析其存在的原因,为科学地调控、优化课堂教学环境提供依据,提出建设性的建议。全文分为六个部分。一、引言。对问题的提出、相关概念的界定以及研究本课题的目的进行了阐述。二、研究方法。对本研究的方法进行介绍。三、研究结果及分析。通过学生问卷调查对课堂教学环境的现有水平进行具体透视,揭示存在的问题并进行分析。四、讨论。从课堂教学环境整体情况以及影响课堂教学环境建设因素两个方面来对课堂教学环境的现实进行分析。五、结论与建议。通过数据统计、分析,得出结论,针对不足提出本研究的观点:1.树立教师科学的教育观念。2.营造课堂教学中和谐的师生关系。3.开放学生的心灵空间,营造自由、安全、轻松、愉悦的课堂气氛。4.充分尊重每一个学生,建立课堂气氛的良性循环机制。六、期盼与困惑。从研究者的视角对本课题进行反思。关键字:课堂教学环境透视分析改进策略ABSTRACTClassroomteachingcircumstance,asacomplexsystemconsistedofvariousfactors,exertstremendousinfluencesonthecognition,emotionandbehaviorintheprocessofstudentslearning.Itisaveryimportanthiddencurriculumaffectingtheteachingactivities,anditisalsoanindispensablefactorforthehealthydevelopmentofstudentspersonality.Thus,thisthesisbasedonacombinationofrelevantliteratureaimsattwofold:oneistodelineatethepresentsituationofclassroomteachingcircumstanceofthemiddleschools,pointsoutandanalysessomeexistingproblemsofclassroomteachingcircumstancesoastopromotethelearningachievementsofstudentsandinspirethehealthydevelopmentofstudents.Theotheristogiveconstructivesuggestiontoscientificallycontrolandmakebettertheclassroomteachingcircumstance.Thisthesisconsistsofsixparts.PartOneisabouttheconceptdifferentiationandresearchingpurposeanalysis.Itanalyzestheconceptssuchascircumstance,teachingcircumstance,classroomteachingcircumstanceinthemiddleschoolsandsoon.PartTwoisabouttheanalysisofresearchmethodandstep.Itmakesaconcreteexplaintotheanalysisofrationandqualitytothethesis.PartThreeisaboutapplicationandinspection.Itmakesaninvestigationandobservationsonthestatusquoaboutclassroomteachingcircumstanceinthemiddleschools.Italsopointsoutandanalysessomeexistingproblemsoftheclassroomteachingcircumstance.PartFourisaboutcomprehensivediscussion.Itmakesananalysistoclassroomteachingcirc
