摘要近来，对环境保护和和谐社会的倡议愈来愈广泛，作为社会重要构成的企业 应当对此贡献主要力量，由此“企业公民”的概念也逐渐被人们认同。本文主要 是对跨国公司在华履行企业社会责任的状况进行研究，考虑到汽车行业的发展在 较大程度上导致了环境污染和资源消耗，应当主动承担企业社会责任，遂以汽车 行业为例。首先，对跨国公司在华履行社会责任的现状进行分析，并介绍了一些履行社 会责任的优秀案例。其次，介绍和整理了中国社会科学院编制的企业社会责任发 展指数，以此数据来衡量跨国车企在华企业履行社会责任的变化趋势。然后，将 社会责任发展指数与在华销售量和同比增长率的变动趋势进行比较，得出跨国车 企在华销售量的同比增长率与其社会责任指数的变化幅度是一致的。最后，总结 跨国企业履行社会责任的经验和特点，并对中国本土企业加强开展社会责任提出 几点建议。关键词：跨国公司，企业社会责任，经营绩效，可持续发展AbstractRecently, with the wide initiative to protect the environment and the construction of a harmonious society, as an important component of the social, enterprise shall make a bigger contribution for this, the concept of corporate citizenship is gradually recognized by people. This article is mainly to study the performance about the corporate social responsibility of the multinational companies in China, Considering that the development of automobile industry greatly brought environmental pollution and resource consumption, they should actively undertake corporate social responsibility, so I take the auto industry for example.First, this paper analyzes the performance about the corporate social responsibility of the multinational companies in China, and introduces some examples about good social responsibility. Second, it introduces and organizes corporate social responsibility development index formulated by the Chinese academy of society and sciences, then takes advantage of the data to measure change trend of social responsibility. Then, it compares the social responsibility development index with sales and the year-on-year growth rate change trend in China and concludes their consistency. Finally, the paper summarizes the experience and characteristics of multinational enterprises in fulfilling social responsibility and puts forward several suggestions for chinese enterprises to carry out the social responsibility.Keywords： Multinational companies，Corporate social responsibility，Business performance, The sustainable development目录第 1 章引言 .................................
