上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文摘要 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 摘要 I I 跨国企业区域供应链网络规划优化的应用研究 摘 要 随着全球一体化的经济发展，和市场竞争的日益激烈，电子制造业进入了 全球化生产，全球化装配和全球化运送的时代，面临严峻的成本挑战，减少生 产，库存和运输的总成本可以有效的帮助企业提升自身竞争力。由于原材料及 生产、装配和运输的报价变化快且量大，这使建立快速有效的评估企业供应链 网络中制造及运输成本的模型成为了非常重要的课题。 论文针对跨国企业供应链网络领域中的生产、装配、运输和库存成本最小 化问题，以总成本最小为优化目标，在满足服务水平和产能、运能的条件下， 建立了此问题的的运筹学决策模型，并运用 Xpress-MP 优化器进行了最优化求 解。论文运用作者所在企业的实际案例验证了决策模型及求解方法的正确性和 有效性。论文为跨国企业供应链网络成本的最优化决策提供了依据，也为供应 链网络规划的科学决策提供了可应用的优化方法。 关键词： 网络规划， 总成本， 线性规划，Xpress-MP ABS ABSTRACT 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 II II STUDY ON SUPPLY CHAIN DESIGN OPTIMIZATION OF MULTINATIONAL ENTERPRISES ABSTRACT Due to the economic development of globalization, and the fierce competition of the market, electronics manufacturing has entered an era of global production, assembling and transportation. Facing the tough challenge of cost, it will help enterprises to increase their core competitiveness if they can decrease the total cost of manufacturing, inventory and transportation. Because the sharp fluctuations of the price of raw materials, the cost of production and assembling and the quotation of freight, it is crucial to set up a rapid and effective evaluation model of the manufacturing, inventory and transportation cost in enterprises’ supply chain network. Through the in-depth analysis and summary of various of cost inside supply chain network, this thesis sets up one model to calculate the total cost of supply chain network, and uses linear planning tool to minimize the total cost, and get the optimum solution in the condition of meeting required customer service level and not exceeding production and transportation capacity. This thesis uses Xpress-MP to get the optimum solution.
