莱州湾海洋环境对生物体质量的影响分析与对策研究摘要生态环境和食品安全是当前社会高度关注的两大重要课题。生态环境关系人 类经济社会的可持续发展。食品安全关系人民的健康、企业的信誉和国家的形象。 生态环境与食品安全有着密切的关系。要确保食品安全，应重点着眼于自然生态 环境的安全。人类的开发利用活动对自然生态环境的影响，造成了自然生态的失 衡和环境的破坏，同时也危及到食品的安全。应切实加大环境管理力度，采取相 应的管理措施，不断改善和提升环境质量，以安全的生态环境做基础和保障，来 获取安全的食品。本文以莱州湾这一典型海洋区域的海洋环境为分析对象，运用 AHP 层次分 析法对油气开发、港口、盐化工、陆源污染物排海等莱州湾开发利用活动进行了 环境效应分析，得出开发利用活动对莱州湾生态环境产生明显影响。运用《近岸 海洋生态健康评价指南》中的河口与海湾生态系统健康评价方法，对莱州湾生态 系统健康状况进行了评价，评价结果为亚健康。通过对我国海洋环境管理保护现 状及存在的问题进行调查分析，提出莱州湾海域需要采取的生态环境治理和海洋 环境管理措施，以实现莱州湾海洋环境状况的根本性转变。本文通过运用科学的海洋环境和质量评价方法，对莱州湾自然环境及社会经 济发展状况、海域生态系统及生物体质量状况进行研究分析，以及对海洋环境管 理的深入分析研究，将海洋环境管理与生物体质量安全管理有机结合，试图为食 品安全控制与管理工作提供一些借鉴。关键词：海洋环境生物体质量食品安全管理措施Influence of Marine Environment on Organism in the Laizhou Bay and Countermeasures ResearchAbstractEcological environment and food safety are two important topics in the current social concern. There is close relationship between ecological environment and the sustainable development of the society. And food safety has great impact on the public health, enterprise reputation and the national image. The safety of natural ecological environment should be put emphasis on in order to make sure of the food safety. The human being’s developing and utilizing activities has brought disruption of ecological balance and damage to the environment. The force of environmental management should be empowered, the relative management measures should be taken on the basis and guarantee of safe ecological environment, hence the environment quality be improved and the safe food gotten.This thesis analyzed the marine environment of the Laizhou Bay, a typical ocean area, using the AHP method to investigate the exploiting activities including oil and gas developing, harbor building, saline chemical engineering and the land-sources pollutant on the environment effect, therefore the activities which had significant effect on the ecological environment of Laizhou Bay were determined.
