AbstractWiththedevelopmentofpowerindustry，therequirementforelectricpowerqualityandreliabilityismuchhighernow,FlexibleACTransmissionSystem(FACTS)hasbeenrapidlydevelopedasanefficienttechnologytoimproveelectricpowerquality.Asanovelreactivepowercompensationdevice,StaticSynchronousCompensator(STATCOM)isoneofthekeytechnologiesofFACTS,andalsothedevelopmentdirectionofmodernreactivepowercompensationdevice.Itisappliedmoreandmoreextensivelyinpowersystemforitssuperiorcompensationperformance.Thevoltageclassinmodernpowersystemisincreasing,whichrequirestheSTATCOMbecorrespondingtohighervoltageandlargercapacity.Twomethodsarecommonlyusedtoimprovethevoltagelevelandcapacity,transformermultiplextechnologyandmulti-leveltechnology,inthispaperthemulti-leveltechniqueischosen,andchainSTATCOMwhichbasedonHbridgescascadedmultilevelinverterisselectedasthemaincircuit.ThispaperanalyzesthemathematicalmodelofthechainSTATCOM,andgivesareasonablecontrolstrategyaccordingtothemodel,ofwhichthecurrentclosedloopiscontrolledwithnonlineardecouplingmethod,unipolardual-frequencycarrierphase-shiftedsinusoidalpulsewidthmodulation(CPS-SPWM)controlmethodisappliedtoHbridgecascadedmultilevelinverter.InordertoverifythefeasibilityofthecontrolmethodandthecompensationperformanceoftheSTATCOMdevice,themodelofthewholesystemisbuiltonthePSIMplatformandthestaticanddynamicperformancehavebeensimulated.Moreover,thehardwareandsoftwareofthesystemaredesignedbasedonDSP2812controller,whereintwoHbridgescascadedfivelevelinverterinsingle-phaseisadoptedasthemaincircuittopology.Finally,experimentsareconducted.Thesimulationandexperimentalresultsshowthatthemodulationperformanceofunipolardual-frequencyCPS-SPWMisexcellent,andthecompensationeffectofSTATCOMbasedontheHbridgecascadedmultilevelinvertercanbeenachievedwell.Keywords:StaticSynchronousCompensatorCascadedMultilevelInverterCarrierPhase-ShiftedSinusoidalPulseWidthModulationSimulationCompensationEffect目录摘要......................................................................................
