摘 要 本设计包括三部分：一般部分，专题部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为平煤集团十矿1.80Mt/a新井设计，共分十章：矿井概述及井田地质特征，井田境界和储量，矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限，井田开拓，准备方式—采区巷道布置，采煤方法，井下运输，矿井提升，矿井通风及矿井基本技术经济指标。 平煤集团十矿井田位于平顶山煤田东部，平顶山市东北部，距市区中心约6 km，行政区划平顶山市卫东区。区内地势较为坎坷，井田东西走向长度5.0千米，南北倾斜方向长6.48千米。面积为32.4平方千米。井田可采煤层自上而下为戊10和己15。厚度分别为5.5米，1.8米，戊10与己15煤层相距70米。煤层倾角平均为13度。井田可采储量为156Mt，新井设计生产能力为1.80Mt/a，服务年限为62年。 平煤集团十矿矿井工作制度为“三八”制，一个工作面保产。开拓方式为双斜井三水平开拓，水平标高分别为-230、-450、－7。矿井主斜井采用皮带输送机运煤，副斜井采用双钩提升作辅助提升。工作面采用走向长壁采煤法，工作面长200米，采煤工艺为综采开采。矿井运煤在大巷中采用运输，辅助运输采用3吨固定式矿车运输。矿井采用中央分列式通风，主扇工作方式为抽出式。 专题部分为平煤十矿软岩巷道锚注支护研究。 翻译部分介绍了采用三维物理建模方法研究软岩巷道的支护强度。实验性研究得到了一系列的支护强度，并说明存在一个合理的支护强度。其作用取决于井巷围岩的地质受力情况，取决于对井巷的合理利用，取决于井巷服务年限。研究还表明，对于中等尺寸、压力在20Mpa，埋深在５００m的井巷，0.3至0.5MPa的支护强度可获得变形速率0.1~0.4mm/d。 关键词：长壁开采 ；新井设计 ；大采高 ；通风 ；软岩 ABSTRACT This design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translation part.
