AbstractQueuingtheoryisasubjectthatstudiesthecrowingphenomenon.Bystudyingtheprobabilisticcharacteristicsofvariouskindsofservicesystemswaitinginline,itcanprovideguidancetotheoptimaldesignandtheoptimalmanagementstrategy.Innowadays,Queuingtheoryhasbeenwidelyusedinallareasoflife.steady-stateconditionofQueuingtheoryisanimportantcontentofthestudyofthistheory.InthestudyofQueuingtheory,thestabilityindexofqueuingsystemiswhatweshouldoftentakeintoaccount.Onlyifdoesqueuingsystemmeettheexistenceconditionsofsteadydistribution,thestudyofitssteadyindexcouldmakesense.Thefirstquestionshouldbeclearedwhenstudyinganyqueuingsystemissteady-statecondition.Ithasalreadyhadaclearconclusionofsteady-stateconditionaboutthestandardbirthanddeath,buttherearelittlestudiesofsteady-stateconditionaboutrepairablequeuingsystem.Soithasanextensiveresearchspace.Inthispaper,westudythemulti-serverrepairablequeuingsystemandrepairablequeuingsystemwithtwodifferentservers.Aimingatthebreakdownofserversinthemulti-serverrepairablequeuesystem,quasi-birth-deathprocesstheorycanbeusedtoprovethealgebraicformofsteady-stateconditionofrepairablequeuesystemsoastoproveitsconsistencywithstandardqueuingsysteminsteady-statecondition.Forrepairablequeuesystemwithtwodifferentservers,wecanassumethatServerAisperfectlyreliableandServerBissubjecttobreakdown.Quasi-birth-deathprocesscanbeusedtoworkoutthesteady-stateconditionandmatrix-geometricsolutionofthesteady-stateprobabilityvectors.Someperformancemeasuresofthesystemandnumericalillustrationsarepresented.Keywordsrepairablequeuesystem,steady-statecondition,quasi-birth-deathprocess,matrix-geometricsolutionmethod目录摘要...............................................................................................................................IAbstract............................................................................................................................II第1章绪论................................................................................................................
