AbstractSports for enterprise employees are always spotlighted in society and the public. Since 2006, many departments of Liaohe Oilfield have focused on basketball games as their one of chief sport activities. Basketball games are well received among employees and others. Besides, basketball games are not only considered as an excellent form of competition to amuse employees in spare time, but also have positive influence on the culture of the enterprise directly. The research fixes attention on the former studies on the public sports. It finds out that there are more researched on public sports, but less on basketball activities in enterprises, which is not balanced obviously.In the research, variety kinds of analyzing and comparations will be carried out to solve many problems about the present situation of it, including the literature material law, questionnaire, interviews, Mathematical statistics. There are many problems, for instance, shortcomings in management, lack of proper forms in operation, be imperfect at the management on the judges and so on. At the same time, the research offers advice as follows.
