StudyiesonchemicalconstituentsfromthebarkofGarciniaoblongifolia.ChampAbstractStudyonchemicalconstituentsfromthebarkofGarciniaoblongifoliaChamp.AbstractGarciniaoblongifoliaChamp.,belongstoGarciniafamilywhichismainlydistributedintropicalandsubtropicalregions,includingGuangzhou,GuangxiandHainanprovincesofChina.Itcanbefoundedinareassuchasplains,hills,valleysusually.Infolk,ithasbeenusedasherbmedicineforthetreatmentofindigestion,cacochylia,bleeding,periodontitis,stomatitisandreducingthefeverformanyyearsinChina.Currently,mostofinvestgationsarefocousonpharmacologicaleffectsincludinginflexional,antitoxin,antitumorandantibiotic.Inordertoobtainmoreactiveingredients,wehadacomprehensivestudiesonit.Basedonpreviousresearchs,32compoundswereisolatedfromthebarkofGarciniaoblongifiawiththemethodsofmodernchromatographictechniques.Thoughthephysico-chemicaldataandspectralmethods,26ofcompoundswereindentifiedasParvifiol,Stigmast-4-en-3-one,Betulin,Decane,Peplusol,PedunxanthoneC,Querceti,β-Sitosterol,3-O-[6′-O-n-acyl-β-D-glucosyl]-22-dehydroclerosterol,Sitosterloleate,Oleanicacid,Camboginol,Octane,Isojarcareubin,1,2-benzenedicarboxylicacidbis(2-methylheptyl)ester,Stigmasterol,Jacareubin,Taxifolin,1β,4α-dibydroxy-6β,15-epoxyeudesmane,Butanedioicacid-2-hydroxy-1-methyester,Marmin,Stigmaserol-3-O-β-Dgalactopyranoside,fukugiside,Morelloflavone,Dulxanthone-B,2,2,7,7-tetramethyl-3,6,8-tris(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)-3,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-4a,8-methanocycloocta[b]pyran-9,11(2H)-dione.TheantibioticactivityofFukugiside,Morelloflavone,Stigmaeterol-3-O-β-DgalactopyranosidandDulxanthone-Bwerescreened.Inaddition,17compoundswereobtainedfromthevolatileinthebarkofGarciniaoblongifoliawiththemethodofcapillaryGC/MSforthefirsttime,andbytheAbstractStudyiesonchemicalconstituentsfromthebarkofGarciniaoblongifolia.ChampNIST98spectrumdatabaseretrieval,14ofthemwereidentified.Thisexperimentstudiescanlaythefoundationforqualitycontrol,activitystudyandtarionanldevelopmentofGarciniaoblongifia.Keywords：GarciniaoblongifoliaChamp.
